In the evening, the walls are full of lizards. No wardrobes in the rooms. They give only 500 ml of water complimentary per day. Service is ok.

It’s an excellent stay and staffs are very friendly. Nice surroundings. Breakfast includes indian roti and potato curry.

The front desk staff was friendly, room planning can be better, i feel the space has been wasted a lot, the pool can be given some depth so we can swim in that, overall it was ok.

when we went to the furama to ask us for a welcome drink it was amazing. after that we went to the room "just looking like wow". what a service 😊😊

Property is far from u bed market but hotel provides vehicles free of cost on fixed times for going and coming, vegetarian food is very limited, besides living and spa no other facilities is available

Great place to stay in ubud. Excellent staff, great rooms and very good service. They also have shuttle services to ubud central which is very useful. The food is fantastic although priced at the higher end. Overall a great place to spend a few days.

Very poor service. Resort is not well maintained. Only good part was fabulous room. Otherwise in terms of service and amenities not even basic standard is maintained.

Although the property is a bit far from ubud main area and market, but you can rent a scooty which will hardly take 25mnts to go to the market area…Rather than this would surely recommend it b’coz of the hospitality, spacious rooms and services…

It is a good place to spend some quality time. It is isolated and more close to the nature. The staff was very polite and the ambience was just pleasing. I would love to come again to this place.

Furama resort is one of the best resorts in bali it has all the 5 star aminities and the spa here is must try ! and the breakfast has also much options for indians !

Free shuttle service till city point. Also staff is very polite and helpful. Overall wonderful stay.
Great place to stay and good vegetarian options in their extensive breakfast spread. Great for someone who wants to stay in a peaceful quiet place as it is away from the city center. They do have free pick up and drop shuttle service for the city center

No welcome with flowers and fruit basket as i booking, staff behaviour is good, but lot of mosquito due to property in jungle type area, less indian items in buffet, not recommended to include meal while booking because outside good indian restaurant named ganesha ek sanskrit near monkey park their they have all indian food options. The pool in property or in villa only for children above age 10 years, no small pool no kids playing area for small kids

as per booking we booked welcome with flowers, fruit basket but none of these we received, buffet breakfast have less indian food variety.
