Excellent hotel with prompt service, breakfast had numerous options and location was quite nearby to the airport. Also it has 2 big pools, stayed for 3 nights and liked it a lot
Wira at the reception is a great guy, he went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and needs were met.

Stayed here for 1 night as it was close to the airport, but wished we had stayed more days here.
The property is huge and amazing. Well maintained. Value for money. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The breakfast was tasty. The staff was very welcoming and efficient.

Good location, polite staff, nice location having so many super stores, restaurants, relaxing spas around this property and hotel serving excellent breakfast. Overall it is good hotel. , it has beautiful swimming pool and nice pool bar. So i recommend ( small issue on first night - they given different room ( single queen bed )against our actual booking ( twin bed. Check out also delayed)

Lies in the heart of pubs and beer bars. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay if you are party lover. Hotel is very near to Kuta Beach. A bit noisy hotel due to sounds coming from late night parties.

My friend and me stayed in the hotel for 5 nights, their service is good and prompt and the staff tends to your needs almost immediately and I must add their morning breakfast buffet was excellent and those pancakes which they served were delicious. The only thing which my friend and me felt was a little off was the location of the hotel, it’s situated right in the middle of the streets dogs and we had to cross through the streets every time we had to reach the hotel and sometimes those streets appeared shady as well with bypasses giving you some comments which is a little off putting but overall it was a good stay.

Good location, good service but no vegetarian food, Jain food, food provided during breakfast was mainly non veg, almost no option for vegetarian, rest all other things were OK. Very few almost no options for a vegetarian. The room I booked was pool view room but the room provided was not fully pool view room only a side of pool was visible. Rest everything was fine. Good to stay.

The location was oretty good and nightlife outside the hotel was vibrant too. Moreover the staff was courteous and friendly. Moreover the breakfast was pretty delicious and the pool and the room were to notch

Great location .. The only glitch was the full day taxi service that the hotel arranged. The driver was rude and took us where he wanted to go, not where we asked him to. And in spite of repeated requests for a changed driver, he was assigned to us for three straight days.

Good Resort with Helpful Staff

It was nice staying at the resort. Location is inside the street and near to beach as well as main lane. You can relax at swimming pool or just sit in the garden. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Staff helped me to arrange my Tours and wake me up for that Tours. Great Experience.

Chic hotel in Kuta

Location is prime near Kuta beach however access road to the hotel entrance is narrow. The property is good neat and clean rooms. Incase of Option go for the pool access rooms which are good option
