Very good property nicely located great staff very courteous always eager to help we had an amazing time at patra bali. They have money changer right outside the main lobby so it was very easy and convenient the caddy car is always available to move within the resort clean swimming pool not a lot crowded also great view of the swimming pool right next to the kuta beach

Hotel location is good..Amenities excellent..some of the staff is very rude Honeymoon villa 309 being treated very badly 31Oct night we asked for 2 bottles of water were told every room 2 people get 2 small bottles of water. Your staff told very rudely to go to restaurant and fill water. While going for breakfast I told reception staff they didn’t do anything just nodded and smiled 31Oct night 9pm we returned from Ubud tired We asked for 5 coffee and 5 creamer as we drink a lot of coffee 2 people staff says only 2 will be given Why so much rudeness If your 5 star hotel can’t afford then stop service completely and inform guests we will get our own water creamer coffee etc We bought Nescafé coffee and now drinking that So hot in Bali and 2 small.bottles for 2 guests every day???? 1Nov again after room cleaning no fresh soap no shampoo no body gel no bathtub foam no fresh bath robes. We asked body lotion told not available Shaving kit told not available again 7pm We asked and then again 1 soap 1 shampoo 1 bodily gel brought by staff he says only 1 allowed I told

They don’t care Baggage and all we have to keep in the cab while check out No one come near the table for breakfast No extra help for parents who stay with our kids I don’t recommend any Indians to stay here The patra Bali resort

The food options in the buffet are fine. One should book the deluxe suite if you are a couple. There are certain maintenance issues, rest overall is fine

The property is huge and has beach front. It is adjacent to airport, or i should say that the property is touching airport. The concept is based on 2 floor independent buildings where each building has 04 apartments. The rooms are spacious and and has balconies or outside garden. As the resort is based on living with nature, it has small ponds inside habituating various species of fishes. You can see iguanas the bali lizard, quite freely moving in the resort. The food option for indian vegetarian are quite ltd and hence one should keep that in mind, but it is same in maximum hotels of bali. Over all the property is nice and you would enjoy it and relish it.

Great location, five star property, great spacious rooms. Things which can be improved 1. Veg menu breakfast as there were only chapatis and half cooked daal, i am sure they can hire an indian chef to ensure 1 good item in breakfast 2. All acrivities within the hotel is paid for like cycling etc overall, great location with suggested improvement in the veg breakfast quantity and quality.

Average stay at patra, holiday inn express next to it is better

Property is located near the beach which is good, the staff is good too, however the rooms are getting older with signs of distress and need renovations, bathrooms not that great in shape, for indians breakfast options are super disappointing

Great location 10 mins away from the airport if you want a quick exit from Bali amd don’t want to deal with the notorious Bali traffic. An aging 5 star property on South Kuta beach. Very good bones… spread out over a large area, with villas and duplex rooms. Suited us very well for a quick business trip. Pretty satisfied with the hotel, its location and its facilities.

Everything was except the food, which literally gave me food poisoning, very bad experience, wasted 2 days out of six because of this reason apart from that excellent location and services

Located at worst area that is airport parking area service for cart ie worst food quantity is not good this hotel is only for marriage functions not for tourist

We stayed at Patra Bali resort for 4 nights. We had an amazing experience right from Check -in to using facilities . The location is amazing with direct access to beach. Amazing pools for the relaxing swim. Delicious bfast spread and some awesome cocktails to top up the swims in the pool. highly recommended.

Patra resort is overall excellent property but staff might be more hospitable like i asked for shaving blade but they don’t provide any i purchased for 50 rs from outside and had to spend one day without shaving i asked for kids (15&12 yrs old) to be called from swimming pool as our room was completely on the opposite side of swimming pool and takes 10-15 mins walk but they said we need to come ourself and our room was near to dead end of the property boundary so view was also bad breakfast was chaos as mostly fruit platter was empty we requested for airport pickup one day in advance and the hotel never confirmed reservations for hotel pickup airport and hotel are adjacent to each other so it take 5 mins to pick up but still we need to arrange cab which was costly but anyways the property has good sea beach view

Patra is one of the largest resorts of bali and it is adjacent to the international airport. One can think of keeping this one location for stay and cover the destinations from here, nice comfortable rooms, happy hours for drinks gives you 50% discounts, they have multiple swimming pool which are very large, we found the property amazing

We stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe room. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The hotel is right on the beach. The swimming pool is huge and very well maintained. They have limited food options and very little vegetarian options. The rooms are far from the main lobby and they have limited carts so, most of the time you end up walking if you don't want to wait for a cart to get free. The hotel is just next to the airport and very near to the indian food restaurants and market. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property.
