Location wise one of the best stays in kuta to explore both side of kuta also talking food and amenities the breakfast was awesome and the staff there was really nice and welcoming.

The location of this hotel is very nice, close to the beaching opposite to the mall. This provides a large array of eating options across the street. Both my kids enjoyed the well maintained swimming pool a lot. The staff were nice and helpful. I will highly recommend this hotel if you are in this locality.

The property’s location, food, hygiene & safety standards were great, but timings of the pool was a little bad, we never got to use the pool even though we stayed for two nights.

Hotel charge safety deposit

Hotel charged 500idr from credit card as security deposit and assured to return but was never returned. By that way they can earn extra money but losing customer.

Good value for the money

This hotel is located in the prime area in Kuta right opposite to Lippo Mall. Swimming pool is nice and the staff especially in the restaurant are super friendly. Hotel doesn't serve much of vegetarian food for breakfast but they are helpful to prepare dishes like fried rice and noodles for vegetarian. This is The best place to stay for Indians with lot of Indian restaurants around and a the live music show every evening outside the mall is lovely to visit every day.

We wanted to check in early and there was room available, but the hotel allowed us entry only after 2 pm this is really disappointing.

Location of the hotel is very good, across the road from lippo mall, many places to eat and also not too far from the beach. Food is fresh and delicious. Staff are very friendly. cross the street for the supermarket and food court. Pool small but perfectly good and really clean.
