The hotel is centrally located in Yogyakarta. The airport is also 6km far. So it's a great location.

From the reception desk we feel that our selection of hotel was right. Behavior of staffs were cordial. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were palatable. Hotel door and keep up tourist worthy.

Conveniently located hotel

It is a good hotel obviously a favorite with the business travelers. It has all the amenities one would wish for. The staff is helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is very good . Room was fine had no issues with it.

Good location and pleasing staff are the main characteristics for this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The surrounding area is little bit congested and dirty. Since the hotel have a good garden at the front, this dirtiness directly affect to the guests when they are going out. WiFi facility is congested and often not working.

Good place to stay for a short visit. Neat rooms, friendly service & quick front desk. I would recommend this hotel to my friends & colleagues. If you are a vegetarian the restaurant in Ground floor will help you with your specific requirements tailoring the dish.

Good value for money in the heart of the city

This hotel is located around 6-7 kms from the airport whih takes anywhere between 20-30 mins depending on the traffic. The pictures of the hotel on the webistes are definitely more grand than the actual. This didn't look like a 5 star property. The pool was nice. The breakfast was very elaborate and opens at 6 am in the morning which is a convenience.

The Hotel is one of its kind. The rooms are standard like how you expect in any 4star hotel. The hospitality that I received in this hotel made me stay successful. They value their guests. Breakfast is good.

This hotel was fine. The food was good and the service impeccable. They have a tour office which is a bit pricy but it's quite good. The breakfast is delicious and the location is very accessible. The curtain in our room let a little light in but other than that, it was a good stay.

One of the Best Hotel in Indonesia

This is by far one of the best hotel I have come across in Indonesia. Location is good, rooms are spacious, great breakfast menu. But, the best part is the staff. They are exceptionally friendly, made special breakfast arrangement as we were vegetarians. I hope, I keep coming back to Grand Aston. Remarkable and exceptional in hospitality.

Location is good and easy to find the hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly. I like the pool area very much but one thing that I donot like is that the net connectivity is poor for some sites.
Rest is OK

The hotel was very nice and centrally located. Staff were very accommodating and made sure we had a great time. Helped us prepare and organise a surprise 60th birthday for my dad which was really nice and this was out of their own initiative without us really asking for anything special. Truly recommend to anyone visiting.

This hotel was exceptional, probably the best service we have received ever at a hotel. We were there to celebrate parents 60th birthday and the hotel even organised a small celebration for us. The GM and his team are exceptional.

The staff is outstanding. The manager Ms Ereka, is a true hospitality specialist. She did not make me feel her position. Was more like one of the service provider. The giggle of the girls is infectious. Thank you Kristna and Devi. They knew you by name on the very day of arrival. Great location and excellent help for tours.
