Would not stay here again. It is an old decrepit property. My room was right off of the lobby, so I could hear people coming and going constantly as well as people talking loudly in the lobby.

michal.friendsAug 15, 2023 Overall convenient place to stay, right across from the Central Station, nice and clean. Staff was polite and friendly. Room was small, and there was only one soap, no conditioner, and no tissues, and one of the towels was stained. Otherwise ok, would definitely come back.
It is ok for people without kids or seniors
Was small hotel for travelers in good area. Id you are traveling with elders and kids I would not recommend this place. Ideal for young people.
Great location and very welcoming staff. The room we had (for 3) was rather tight! and no amenities at all. Not accessible.
Value for money - not if you are super clean
The truth is that the hotel deserves a rating of 3 and not 4 as I gave the overall experience, but the service was so good that I brought it up - Eli was exceptionally helpful and nice - he gave us an amazing experience that made us forget that the level of the hotel is average minus. The main problem was the cleanliness - the sheets of the 2 beds in the room were not clean. Even when we got a new extra sheet it had stains on it. Beyond that, it is a simple hotel (which is fine and matches the price) - suitable for people who come with a car because it is not in the tourist area. It is a short walk from the excellent Mamo restaurant - a must visit!
The pictures of the hotel are quite deceiving. The place was extremely small, and very dirty. Very limited parking and staff at front desk kind of rude and dismissive. The lights also went out as we were leaving. Not sure if that’s a common occurrence there or not. Thankfully, it was only a one night stay for us. Would absolutely NEVER stay there again.
Great location especially if you're coming by bus
We arrived very early and they were kind enough to stow our luggage and give us Beach towels. The inside is renovated. They offer complimentary filtered water and coffee. Right across from the bus station. Very happy with my stay. Great value. The outside needs updating. Would have appreciated a shelf in the shower for my shampoo and soap.

We stayed at the Melio twice on our visit to Israel. Its a small hotel opposite the main bus station. The outside is deceptive as the interior is quite nice. There are rooms on the ground floor as well as 1st and 2nd floor. there is no lift so keep this in mind when booking. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable . There is a coffee machine in the lobby and a cold drinking water tap and vending machine which is handy. The main town/ beach area is about 15mins walk but you can get a bus. For nearby food I would recommend Omers which is around the corner from the hotel or there are plenty of options in the town. A good hotel for short stays on a budget.

rhonda.partnerMar 12, 2023 Very basic room. No hair dryer in room. Have to go to front desk to get one. Lack of power outlets. None in bathroom and very few outlets in room. None by a mirror so I couldn’t watch what I was doing to dry my hair.
Hotel from hell.. If you like sleep do not stay
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at the noise was terrible. Kept awake until 4am while six young couples ran riot in the hotel slamming and benging doors shouting and screaming. No staff on reception they give you an outside number to call, No phone in the room either , These people were in and out of the hotel and just caused trouble. When i told the woman on reception the next day she had an attitude of she could not care less. She was to busy texting on her phone to even look at me and listen to my complaint. Walls and floors are extremly thin. Had to listen to there head board banging on my wall while they also had sex 1/2 times.

1) Hotel is always clean.
2) Hotel is in a central location.
3) Hotel employees are polite.
I know the owners (brothers, Dean and Hagay, who worked hard to build this hotel) who are always polite and humble.
Prices are reasonable/affordable.
jessica.partnerOct 09, 2022 I was very thankful that they hastened our check in process; check in time was 3 pm, but they did get us into our room by 1 pm. Outside of that, the staff seemed distant, and didn’t have too many recommendations regarding dining, although, to be fair, it was Rosh Hashanah, and many restaurants were closed. Our safe in the room for our passports was very outdated, and it was a little confusing for us to figure out, and they seemed a little annoyed to show us how to use it. There is no breakfast, and for the money, it didn’t seem to be the best value in Eilat; our next hotel the Dan Neptune, was only a little bit more, and it was much nicer,
marie-pier.partnerOct 05, 2022 Very well located. Room is big and clean. Staff is amazing and let us checkin several hours before the normal checkin time. We enjoyed the beautiful lounge in the lobby area with free beverages and cookies.
The only comment I’d have would be that the bed is hard.
