Good old places. My room is bad wifi connectivity.
The conditions in the hotel were terrible. the room and the bathroom were moldy and smelled bad.
The Wifi was so weak that we could not use the internet at all.
The only good point is that we dined at the hotel and the food and service were good.our request to change the room was denied.
I do not recommend this hotel at all
Enjoyed the stay. Grounds are nicely landscaped. Location is close to the airport and has beach access. Service was friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The mattress was a bit hard.
rebecca.partnerAug 07, 2024 The rooms were very clean and lovely and cool. The pool was really nice but the sunbed cushions a little tired and music played quite loud but that could be to drown out the noise from the traffic as the hotel is on a busy road.
Breakfast was good.
Overall a good place to stay for a few nights. It’s opposite the beach and near a bus stop to get in to the town. Uber cost €20 to the airport.
The hotel was nice looking, had decent AC, a nice pool, and access to a beach club right across the busy street. The street noise was kinda loud overnight, and the bed and pillow was hard.
andrew.friendsJun 28, 2024 Rooms are basic - but facilties were clear when booking so no suprise. The biggest assest for Le Dune... is its staff. Friendly, helpful, polite and everyone i saw had a smile on their face, which says a lot.

It was lovely to have the pool at our disposal, and the spa would have been wonderful had it been open.The bed was comfortable but the room had a musty smell and there seemed to be mold spores between the shower tiles. It was nice to have a restaurant on site, although a bit overpriced, but the pasta was fresh and delicious.
The beach was lovely. The perfect place to stay for an early morning flight

Not a great stay. The location was not ideal and did not feel safe as a solo female traveller, for the few days I was there I was approached by males on several occasions just walking to the supermarket or to the beach. General location is run down and rather derelict.
The mattress and pillows in the room were uncomfortable, just a single thin sheet usable as the sheets on the bed felt like thick denim and were unusable.
Photos of the pool on the site are deceptive. In fact, during the time I stayed (mid-late march) there was no water in the pool at all.
In addition to all of this there was also renovations occurring in the hotel. The hotel put me in a room next to those being renovated and was unfortunately woken up by each morning by drills and hammers. The do not disturb sign was on the door as I had arrived after 1am that morning, but one of the workers used a key to enter my room which was not appropriate or appreciated.
Came for business. Great hotel

braden.familyJul 05, 2023 We were really disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. We had just come from a hostel in Switzerland and Le Dune was somehow much dirtier. We ended up leaving before the first night was even over. Staff was very friendly but the conditions of the place were not up to par. Would recommend looking elsewhere to stay or do what we did and stay in Taormina with better dining and walkable shopping.

The hotel was nice, but it is adjacent to several abandoned industrial buildings. Property access was initially unclear, as it was located from a road, adjacent to the main thoroughfare. A/C in room was weak.
