    Comfortable stay but inhospitable staff

    My husband & i stayed at hotel soleluna for 3 nights, the room and facilities were at par - above average - we opted for an economy room and it was neat & clean. There was breakfast as well which was decent as we both are vegetarians there were limited options but they had nice coffee. The location is walkable distance from train station (piano) with flat terrain however with luggage it might feel cumbersome. There are 2 eateries around the hotel which stay open late which was helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful while being on the main square. There was one incident that i would like to highlight which made our experience unpleasant - we noticed that the staff) allowed a guest to take milk back to the room but did not allow us to take a fruit as we were rushing for our train. Neither did she care to explain the reason of denying us this. We have travel-led across countires and this kind of treatment hasn’t happened before which was a downer for us. Being in the hospitality industry staff needs to be polite and treat all guests with equal respect which was missing.
