    Air conditioner was down in 1 room for 5 days. Help desk had no help to offer except for an additional pillow. In second room, telephone did not work for 3 days. In spite of our complaints, we got no help from reception. The WiFi and internet was not working for 5 days.

    The stay was really good and we will recommend the hotel to friends and family. All the aspects were good like location, hospitality, facilities, cleanliness, value for money and the food. We enjoyed the stay. Thanks for the service rendered.

    Terrible Stay

    Only the property area is good nothing good around that hotel. Rooms are not upto the mark, and the size are washrooms are like made for kids only. AC were not working and reception staff was not cordial. In breakfast hotel was not even able to provide fruits. No kettle in rooms. 4 star just for the name.

    It is located pretty far from any of the metro station in Rome. You need to buy water for drinking in here. There are city taxes you need to pay which is as high as 6 euro per night per person. The Wi-Fi is slow that it works only in lobby area and not in room. The hotel from inside is really nice and green but anything from gym to swimming pool is chargeable and is not included in room charges. The staff does not understand English so hard to communicate.
