It's quite a dull place, with spacious rooms and old carpets. Room service is close to nothing. Basically gud for passengers who wants to stay closer to airport.

Serious failure in housekeeping

It was paid reservation. The rates are no doubt remained on higher side. Major failures include hot water tea pot lid is detached. Table lamp is malfunctioning. House keeping did not attend the room for basic up-keeping on the second day.

Sheraton is a a convenient hotel to stay in malpensa airport region. Rooms are clean well lit and comfortable. Food choice is ok but delicious recommend this property.
