    Pathetic experience

    Though the location is close to bus station, but hotel hygiene, safety, food are very bad. Hotel is very low on hygiene, rooms walls are dirty and has spider webs on them. They dont even provide complementary water per day. Hotel staff is not very unprofessional and ill mannered. They talk in a very rude manner. We booked hotel for 2 nights but due to some mis understanding at their end they took our luggage of out of room, in our absence, and dint even inform on call. On asking for the reason the staff was not even sorry about the situation. No one will come to help you if there is any emergency, especially the night front deak person. No complementry water bottle. There are 2 floors without lift so you need to take your luggage yourself. No one will help out even if you ask for help. Will definitely not recommend the hotel.

    Very near to Venice Santa railway Station. Good location but building is not in good condition.

    It was not as shown in internet. It was very small and lacks cleaning. Breakfast was worst. In total did not like this hotel for the spend money.

    Good Stay

    Front Desk can be more polite and professional. Wi-Fi is a bit of a problem as you can access it only in the restaurant on the ground floor. There was hardly any space between the Washroom and bath tub in my bathroom (room 33). It is impossible for anybody taller than me(5'5") to use it sitting down. It is a serious design flaw which needs immediate rectification.
