    Nice property, nice location, breakfast was ok ok, value for money hotel, front desk staff was not so friendly but overall stay was good

    Poor Stay

    Hotel staff were too rude, they did not bother for resolving a single related to local attraction and kept me waiting for 20 minutes. No electric kettle and drinking glasses were provided in the room.

    Very nice location & service

    Hotel is situated in a very nice location. Close to railway station & all the major attractions of Venice are walking distance. St Marks square is half an hour walk. Hotel Service was very good & all the staff especially the staff members manning the reception desk were too good. Room was little small but since we were there for short duration it didn't matter much. There was no electric kettle in the room. Breakfast buffet spread was good & very extremely happy when as staff agreed to store our luggage for few hours post check out.

    Location of hotel was superb. Their behavior of staff was very cooperative. He himself mentioned about breakfast packets as we were leaving early for Interlaken. One bad thing was paid channels. Environment was very classic and rooms were comfortable.
