There was a constant smell in the washroom and we think it may be from the pipes.
Nice to walk to Shinbashi station. If you stay here for a buisiness trip, it is very convenient to access everywhere in Tokyo 23 area.
kianna.partnerAug 12, 2024 Everything was great. Just the bed mattress had stains when we looked under the sheets. This hotel is far from the subway so expect a 10-13 min walk. Family mart is close by like two min walk.
I had a nice comfortable stay overnight. Check out was easy.
Like all APA Hotels I've been to, this one was excellent.
Rooms were very quiet and clean; staff were professional.

Quite a distance from Shimbasi station and not exactly cheap. Room is really tiny and cleaning is only provided every 3 days. 2 bottles of drinking water is provided during the check in and no more is given even if you stay a week. No breakfast option at hotel, they will link you to a cafe that is few blocks away.
A nice place to stay the night. It is located in the middle of everything. Tokyo tower is a few minutes walk. Nearby train stations that take you to yokohama and kanagawa and majot train stations loke tokyo station.
Located exactly between Shimbashi Station and Daimon Station it makes a good place to stay. My only dislike was the bed, as I sank in it, and the toilet seat was not heated. Other than that it was a good place for the price.
It was average. Decent value for the money. Not much to say.
チェックイン時フロントの方1名で対応されていたので少し待たされたものの落ち着いて適切に対応してくださり気持ち良くチェックインができました。設備について禁煙ルームのはずだったのにややタバコ臭いようなニオイがしたのが気になりました。あとどう頑張ってもシャワーの水がバスタブの外に流れ出てしまう構造になってるような、、少し焦りました。それ以外はミニマムな構造で清潔でビジネス1人で1泊利用には快適でした。

verified t.selfDec 06, 2019 Reasonable location within the city, just 5-10 minutes walk from the nearby metro stations; room size is ok with tokyo standard; a very standard apa style business hotel, though small, typically you can find everything you need; easy to locate convenient stores nearby that provide basics you need, and not difficult to locate a restaurant for lunch or dinner (but not late-night)
The hotel overall is OK, no impressed but no disappointment too.

I stayed at APA for 2 weeks, and it was a good experience overall. The room was very small (as expected), but it was clean and in a good location. It met my expectations and did the job, but I didn’t spend much time in the room outside of sleeping.
This is a worst hotel we stay in Japan. When we arrived the hotel about 12.30pm, hotel's room not ready. We advised by staff to wait until 3pm then can check in. And we wait at lobby until 3pm then staff call us for check in.We did asked hotel's staff inform us when the room is ready but they don't bother us. The room is very small, but still acceptable. The cleanliness is really bad! Have blood stain on quilt. Choke on bathtub, even told hotel's staff on this issue but the problem still unable solve during our stay. The air-conditioning is control by centralise. The weather was change but the system still under heater. We have open the windows during our stay.
