Did not find the hotel staff to be very hospitable. Nobody was there to even help with luggage. I wouldn't recommend staying at ibis.

Recently i visited kuala lumpur city centre. I stayed at ibis kuala lumpur, that was excellent experience with ibis, great hospitality, nice and supportive staff behaviour, overall very nice specially swimming pool on 32 number floor with city look. Thanks mmt for suggesting this property also thanks to ibis for your great hospitality.

hi team, it was very awesome stay in ibis kl city center and they have taken care very much and traveller in kl exotic they are wonderful in time management over all experience is very good 😃 we loved it.

The hotel is a little expensive but the room size is very small. Standard room cost me around 5800 rupees, and we don't place keep our luggage only. For the couple room, why are they giving twin bed is unknown. Service is good on someway.

Rooms were clean you have to help yourself with all the luggage. We requested for an early check but they charged us 100 ringgit

Good location but horrible manage

Location of the property is good, near petronas twin towers. But the management is not cooperative. There was noone to carry our luggage and they didn't even allow us early check in. They allowed check-in only after 3 p. M. And told us that we would have to pay an entire night's room tariff if we wanted an early check-in. So our experience at the hotel was not good.

Disappointing view, but great location and service

The rooms were neat, and the service was good. However, as shown in the pictures, you won't get a view of the twin towers. I booked this hotel specifically for the twin tower view and was disappointed. It is located in the center of the city, making it easy to commute. The food at the restaurant was good.

The stay was nice, having a good and intellect staff. But the rooms are quite small as compared to other hotels. Food was also tasty at the sky bar.

The stay was really good, though the check-in time at 3pm is really late, it should be 2 pm max. Rest the hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful
