Services like Spa, roof top bar are discontinued. The rooms are stinky. It took a while for the AC to remove the room odour. Staffs were good. No food in hotel. Have to walk about 500 meter for food. Room cleaning is done only on request. Had to sleep for two nights without any cleaning.

Poor room service but the location was good taps were leaking but no one came to room service after we called also

A very good Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

I reached this hotel at about 9. 00 am in the morning. Hotel staff provided me room without paying an extra charge for early check-in. Staff was very good behavior and cooperative in nature. After some times they had changed my room due to some issues with locks. I suggest everyone stay at this hotel if you want to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

They told me to shift to a different room, since they have to do fumigation, lots of mosquitoes. Not a good place to stay.

0 min to market. Very easy to locate. Very good behavior. Helping nature all staff members were helping in every way. Guide us and help us to find cheaper solution for travelling.

Hotel was very very good for the budget. Only disappointing thing is the room service. I stayed 8 nights but the room service was not good at all.

It is a good hotel in very prime location. Near by food shops are very good. Mall is also in walking distance. Staff are very co-operative. Over all its good place for family.

For the price paid the Hotel is an excellent deal. Walk able distance to Kl Sentral with easy access to public transport. Hotel is decent enough with clean room and linen. The Hotel staff is very friendly as well.

Past 3 years back I was stay in this Hotel. That time it was best. Now it is very worst. Room full of cockroaches. Very bad smell. One or two house keeping staffs are there but they don't do their work promptly. No aircon in to few rooms. No soap in the rooms. Very bad experience.
