Comfortable stay, great location

Hotel is located quite near to malls and shopping centres, food street is also nearby so quite convenient from a location perspective. Hotel staff, reception manager were accommodating and let us stay for late check out without any additional cost. It’s value for money.

The stay was excellent, the hotel is in the city centre and near all famous attractions, the rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and co-operative, overall awesome experience and recommended for must stay.
We had such a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast options were also good. They do arrange a high tea session. For in-house guests on daily basis which is so refreshing. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is so close to the main shopping areas in the front and the bars at the back - all very easily accessible. The rooms are lovely with great views. But it’s their stellar service that makes them stand out, right from suggesting which view and floor would have the least noise from the street below, to giving us ear plugs (all without being asked) and then giving us a late checkout and leaving some chocolates and a handwritten welcome note when we came to stay a second time… This hotel really made our stay in KL fabulous and on a budget too!

Stay worth the value

Hotel is located pretty much centrally to all the places in the kuala lumpur city that we would like to visit (except bat u caves may be. We only had breakfast at hotel. Since we didn’t book room with complimentary breakfast, we paid and had it at the hotel itself. Though the price of it seemed a bit high, but there were a good number of options available (not many vegetarian ones) and they tasted good. Hotel stay was comfortable and seemed safe enough.

Located just next to Bukit Bintang. Bus stop is about 100 meters from the hotel which takes you to Petronas Twin Towers/KLCC free via Green GoKL Bus. All shopping malls are situated near the hotel. Room air conditioning is excellent. Rooms are good. Overall it's s good hotel.

Food was good though options for vegetarians were less. Room was clean and all the basic amenities were present.

We checked in late and it was well coordinated by front desk. However, our hopes of resting a little during the day were gone as some construction was going on inside the hotel and it was very noisy. More or less its the same breakfast everyday so its a bit boring. Rooms are good but there was a funny noise from the bathroom throughout the night (room 313). I think it was the plumbing. Pool was good but no kids pool and they did not provide inflatable tubes for little kids. Otherwise an okay hotel at an excellent location.
