The location was good, the food could improve with more variety and flavour. The room was very good, loved the decor and pool, the house reef is slightly discolored and you need to travel slightly farther out to see a colorful reef

Great island resort, good food and well behaved staff. Pros. Exceptional views

grand spread on buffet just 15minutes by speed boat from velana airport cons
if you don't take the package with breakfast lunch and dinner, a meal for 2 could set you back by nearly 100usd or more. You will have to book their 3 hours package if you want to visit male city including transfers and guide. This is subject to minimum number of guests and costs about 60usd per head. So you could be stuck on the island if you don't book their curated trips. Please remember this is over and above the 85 usd for return transfer per head on arrival and departure days. If you want to leave the island on your own, you have to book their speed boat @ 400usd for 3 hours. If you are the exploring kind be prepared to shell out usd for water activities and transfers. Else if you just want to enjoy the sun and waves laze around then it's the most ideal place.

The stay was very comfortable and refreshing, the amenities food and ambience of the whole hotel is very good, loved the hospitality of the staff. Vamshi, saurav, rana, amdadul, premraj, deepak, jahangeer were very hospitable. Loved the service

It was an amazing experience. We had a sunrise private pool with private beach access villa, the most luxurious stay ever had. Also the hotel staff gave us complementary upgrade to the private villa for the other days.
Good to stay for couple. Activities are way too costly if not booked through package. Food was nice. Location was close to airport

Food was average. The service was-not good and they denied serving us food because the flight was late even after taking an all inclusive package.

The resort offered an incredible array of culinary delights, catering to every taste and craving. Our stay in the Sunrise Pool and Jacuzzi Villa was truly breathtaking – the epitome of beauty and tranquility. The villa's private pool and jacuzzi overlooking the turquoise lagoon was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We felt like we were in paradise

I booked an all inclusive deal which turned out to be a savior as we travel-led with our family. The food was good and best part was it is close to the airport and city.

Best hotel in north male

It was second time visiting. For foreigner, food was perfect as an international food. Especially from male airport, it's so close. My priority was north male(atoll. This is one of best reason to choose this hotel. In terms of cost, there is no reason not to choose this hotel.

A super fantabulous trip

It's an excellent place to live for at least 4 to 5 days and marvelous experience. I had a long with water activities and moving around in the island. It's just a peaceful place to stay and explore yourself. It was breath taking experience. The staff is too caring and helpful. Food is superb. Do choose all inclusive package. It will save your money.

We stayed with 2 kids and loved our stay Malahini. Bequtiful Beaches and overall resort ambience is fantastic. Would strongly recommend for travellers from any part of world and India.
Suggest to take AIG package.
Special mention for Raqib at Blue bar who we found very committed in providing services to guests.

Exceptional food and a snoozefest of a nightlife

The property is close enough to the airport and the food is exceptional (i recommend get the all inclusive package if you like alcohol) and of course the beach and the ocean is great. The good things stop there. There is nothing on this island which you cannot get on a local island (maafushi is a great place to stay) and you will be attending a dance night with 2-4 eople dancing. The island is really a snooze fest if you like a night life. There is absolutely no nightlife (unlike maafushi)

It was a terrible experience room was full of incests, lizard, cockroach also the pool, the bathroom is not private it is an open bathroom but does not mean it is private and has lots of incests addition it smells bad and it is hard to take shower duo to hot weather and incests all over bathroom.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Each and everything about this place is beautiful and lovely. The food is fantastic. The view and location is gorgeous. The only thing which pinched me hard is the biasness towards indian people by a few staff members. Rest everything is ok.

Vacation turned to jail

We had just 2 days of time off so planned a vacation. Booked the sunrise pool villa. Upon arrival i was informed by hotel management that the sunsrise pool villa is not available on second day so they will move us to garden view villa. There were missing amenities in garden room and it was like a jail with overflowing bathroom. Dirtily and smelling wc. Not to mention sunrise pool villa i paid 3 times more than garden view plus 1 lac for gala dinner.
