I have visited nepal for the first time n i had a very pleasant experience with my staying in the Radisson Hotel Kathmandu n got to explore their culture n natural beauty. Their food quality was just amazing staying there was a great experience. They provided us with their best service n their behaviour was amazing. Nice to having an excellent experience with radisson kathmundu. We reached there at night. They came to pick us up but one thing i didnt like that they provide us a airpot pick up with local transport becoz of their insufficient airport shuttle. Otherwise the experience is quite good.

Radisson speaks for itself, in kathmandu it is located in lazimpat which is walking distance to all their heritage sites and the market. Hotel has 2 different buildings, 1 is new and even the older one is well maintained. I am a fitness person and their gymnasium was great and typically you wouldn't get in a business Radisson Hotel Kathmandu. Wide variety of cuisines, a casino and more than anything their staff was super pleasing and very supportive. I give maximum points to their helpful staff. The Radisson Hotel Kathmandu stay was comfortable, rooms were cosy, nice with all modern amenities that you would want in today's world. The front office team was warm and helpful always. The buffet breakfast was a disappointment as neither the teams were interested in looking after the guests, nor was the spread very exciting. I have stayed in other radisson properties earlier and it was a let down as compared to them. The health center was very pathetic, jacuzzi was in an area where even breathing was difficult. Needs attention

Recently I travelled to KTM for a business meeting and while looking at the options, I chose to stay at Radisson. The main reason was that I have never stayed at Radisson in KTM and wanted to explore this. First of all this is located to the main centre and hardly 5 minutes away from the Garbage Marg. They have two building and the old one looks very cramped. I stayed in the new building and that was very spacious. Overall a hospitable staff but I would refrain from saying that it was value for money.

Nice stay, staff is good, only thing is when i had given them my passport which is original and my partner was had photo copy but they were not accepting that they need original anyhow when i booked and mention the name also and presented only photo copy but they had problem they said they need original which is comic thing anyhow we presented original to them. But it is comic scene for me anyway other than that is best stay

Stayed here for three nights and had a fantastic time. The new building rooms are spacious and good.. Food was nice too.. Massage was superb at the massage room after a tiring walk in the city.. Local food nearby can be explored as well. Bar at the Radisson Hotel Kathmandu was empty, December end is off season I guess.. Buffet was really nice and I suggest take the room with buffet.. Pleasant and nice experience..

Fantastic stay. I am staying in this luxury Radisson Hotel Kathmandu almost 1 month. Feel like my home. Hotel is very clean and hygiene. Hotel staff is very supportive they personally take care us. Specially sathi, param, aman, amit, sonu. Ashutoash, hirani, rashmi, simian, sorav, sidhrth i am really thanks full to this lovely staff. I am highly recommended to stay here.

The Radisson Hotel Kathmandu offers comfort as well as luxury. The facilities of spa and casino are attraction for leisure traveler while the large lobby and coffee shop is good meeting point for business travelers. Hotel must remove carpets because these smell a bit. At least I got them removed. The staff is courteous and helpful. Neepali that is a must try.

The room was clean with all amenities provided. The reason not giving a 5 star rating is because the shower room didn't have a door. Also they do not give radisson rewards benefits on in room dining. Overall food was good and service courteous. The location is in the heart of the city. Most places are nearby. The airport is around 25 minutes away.

The Radisson Hotel Kathmandu is comfortable, centrally located. Their casino is not operational but there are many casinos nearby. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The room service was prompt and excellent. The food and drinks at the Radisson Hotel Kathmandu is expensive. Overall we had a nice time at thus Radisson Hotel Kathmandu.

It was an excellent experience at radisson. I stayed here for the first time and enjoyed every bit. The warmth and hospitality really made a difference. Everyone was great but would like to specially mention birendra in the food section, shila, elisha and anuj at the front desk-they made me feel at home. Thank you

Hotel is located in heart of the City with easy accessibility. Rooms are clean. Casino and its staff is very courteous

Staff at so many places has no courtesy at swimming pool and gym so rude as if they are obliging us by giving service. Coffee shop staff and reception were very good and courtesy

We stayed for 3 days wonderful stay in radisson kathmandu, we had beautiful new-year celebration only draw back was we didn't get variety in whiskey. Start-ups food & music was good very enjoyable & memorable stay.

Really nice experience. The staff was really helpful and facilities were quite good. Even the location was quite near to main attractions of the city and we used to go for a walk everyday nearby. Overall it was a great experience
