Located at thamel, which is the hub for trekking enthusiasts. Has a lot of restaurants and pubs at walking distance. Food was hot and tasted quite decent.

Good economic well connected Hotel

Though on a small lane it is well connected to shopping and nearby restaurants and has good rooms with AC, beds which are comfortable and attached bathrooms. Complimentary bk fast is sufficient. Parking is just for 4 cars. Ambiance is good.

A very well mannered staff, good service, tasteful food and above all great location. Needs to improve on toiletries and general up keep of the rooms. Maintenance of the rooms is very bad for example lights not working, door locks not working etc.

Location was fine however food not up-to mark. Room didn't have hot water. Restaurant closes at 9pm.

Not located at good location plus room is not that good, plus food quality is nightmare. Except breakfast. No free water bottle. Try to find some other hotel. Below average hotel with sub standard rooms. The provided me standard room instead of deluxe room I booked. When I pointed it out they accepted and next day provided my category of room. No water bottle. Food is of no good quality accept breakfast.

I did not get the room I saw in pic, not the deluxe I booked I was given standard unexpected. Labor working. Noisy area. I did not get the room I expected, as they showed in images, I booked deluxe how cum given standard.

Location was good. Rooms were clean. But TV only had Nepalese channels and there was no hot water in the washroom. There were communication issues while calling the restaurant service through room phone. Rest it was a nice stay and worth the money

Its a good hotel for businesses traveller as well as holiday and adventurer. Cleanlyness is appreciated. But room is a little small for 2 beds. TV was not good. I have not seen hot water facility. I stayed for only one night here.

Budget hotel with average room. Good for single travellers or with friends only. Only Best thing is its Location. It's located in prime location of Thamel which is every near to all tourist places and government? Official work also.

About bad service

I'm totally disappointed with the hotel condition and services. There were so many mosquitoes, and towel were so smelly, when I asked them to replace, they said, this is the only availability. I booked for 3 days and paid. But stayed only 1 night.
We Had an awesome time at this guesthouse. Despite being in thamel, its in a lane where there is peace and shanti.
The rooms was spacious with a big couch and 3 beds, and very cmfortavle.
Bathroom was clean as well, not too modern and fancy but you wont mind it at all with hot shower.

Very good hotel for location, cleanliness, safety, tour, behaviour, services. I think this very good hotel for family, couple, friends, groups. This hotel has 3 complex within its area. After all its a good experience.

The Blue Horizon Hotel visit was good. Facilities and food must be improved at the hotel, and also WiFi connectivity. Television sets should be replaced, as they are too old and not efficient. The hotel is set in a quiet environment and is a good place to read and write.

Size of room was good, but the toilet was not having any ventilation. Food quality is average and a bit costly. The hotel is centrally located. The open garden makes the hotel airy more attractive. Overall a reasonably good priced hotel worth considering.
