Very very good experience. Hum log family k sath 6person aaye the aur jay suit hotel bhi bahot proper hain aur staff bhi bahot acche hain so i highly recommend for jay suit

Avarage, no flexibility shown to special request

No one is there to attend when we reached. Reception doesn't take special request. Like we asked for room cleaning around 11 am but they always wanted us to leave room key with them and they will clean the room as per their convinent.

The property is located among the congested thamel market like many other hotels and has no parking no dorm room for driver and food was really bad so don’t eat from their but can eat from nearby hotels and restaurants and as for indian food i could not find a single restaurant in nepal. The room had no view it had view of the street. The washroom was okay-ish as compared to rest of our hotels. But they provided great facility for my kid in terms of washing bottles and boiling them. Hotel staff was really nice but what could they about the infrastructure they were mere employees but they were really trying their best. Rest i must add my overall stay experience with mm t in nepal was really poor.

Awesome property at great location. The owner mr. Pramod is very helpful and cooperative. Rooms are superb clean with good amenities. In suit room you get kitchen as well. Very supportive staff. Breakfast is awesome with good variety and they give in breakfast whatever you want. Ideal for families

Clean and hygienic stay with an amazing staff

The hotel was amazing with friendly and approachable staff. The rooms were pretty descent cleaned and hygienic. No issues faced in locating the hotel and is in the heart of thamel yet secluded from the market chaos. The staff of the hotel booked a paid cab for us in the morning to airport in lower prices. All n all an amazing stay.

Discomforting stay

Stay was discomforting since there was no electricity in the night, one room had an o dour problem and very few breakfast options.

Breakfast was stated free but we will get very same breakfast everyday. Also we only got 1 pratha per person. If we needed one more pratha or coffee then it's chargeable. Why wasn't this mentioned in the breakfast thing that we will only serve limited and same type of food everyday

Clean and tidy place to stay

Rooms were cozy, tidy and clean. They had heating acs so you get nice warm rooms in winter. Washrooms are super clean. Only negative point is the food which is too much expensive. But that is not a deal breaker because nearby restaurants deliver directly to your room and this hotel help you with crockery, so its sorted.
