Good comfortable room with 2 king size beds that were on separate floors and totally private from each other. Restaurant on site was convenient and food and service good.

pragya.partnerSep 29, 2024 We liked our stay here. Overall the property is well maintained, our room was nice, spacious and clean. The only drawback was that our room was on first floor accessed via wooden stairs. So with heavy luggage it is a slight challenge, but we liked our room on first floor as it had super high truss ceiling and overlooked a courtyard with balcony. There is plenty of parking available near each room so it is very accessible.
Only thing is that property is a few minutes drive away from main wharf area.
Good stay at reasonable price
Property is old, however in a good condition .

An older resort as the all are in Paihia. We chose a bigger unit which had a loft room that we never used.
We were on the upper floor that had an outlook over a carpark. Not thae exiting a stay. Place needs some work.

Was a good stay besides the loud noise from people partying all night late, but definitely great service , motel was clean and tidy and staff helpful.
Handy location as a venue for BOI Jazz N Blues Festival. Got a early check in which was great. We didn't spend much time in the room was clean N tidy. Comfy king bed. Good value breakfast.

pranitha.familyJul 10, 2024 On the night of Matariki, we were staying at this hotel when some strangers started banging on our door in the middle of the night. We were terrified, and our child woke up crying. We couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. When we checked out and reported the incident to the management, they dismissed our concerns, saying that it was Matariki and that everyone in the area tends to be drunk and act strangely. We felt very unsafe during our stay.
jamie.partnerJun 30, 2024 Room was nice. However the tv only had 9 channels and the quality was absolutely awful probably 720p could also do with a small upgrade by adding a chrome cast.
Showers were alright. If you’re taller than 6ft you’ll probably have an issue as the shower is fixed to the wall.
Breakfast is a buffet but not the best one I’ve had. First day we arrived just an hour and 15min before the end of service and there was no hot food available. Only toast and cereal. There was a big queue for any hot food that came out.
Second morning we came to breakfast at 6:30am. Meal options average. Hash browns. Tiny basic sausages, baked beans, “yolky” scrambled eggs, mushrooms, plain mini croissants.
Pastries were good but there weren’t many.
No smart tv options.
