It was quite average. They does not provide coffee sachet at room. Only one tea bag. For early check in they have charged too high. And also given check in after one hour.

Let's talk about oman. It’s a calm and beautiful place. The people here are extremely polite and helpful. The ibis hotel is very beautiful and features amazing people and food.

Our package included breakfast. Food was good. But the only concern was the rooms. Rooms were too small & cramped including toilets.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Good breakfast options. Parking is a bit tricky but good none the less. Wish rooms had more space, they are pretty compact.

Not much to say the affordable price speaks for itself. No complaints, the place and service were fair enough. However, i may not check in again, though i have no negative feedback about the hotel overall. It was a decent stay.

The rooms were very small. One ms. Grace received us at the front desk and gave us a room with no view. Despite of having other rooms with views being available and our request- unless we followed up with her on the 3rd day and requested her to change the room. We then changed only one room and some family members moved, remaining of us continued to stay in the old rooms because the trip was almost coming to an end. Secondly, the bathrooms stink. There were no toiletries - only handwash and bodywash was given. The ac's would be shut down at night time centrally affecting the rooms- and we waking up in the middle of night drenched in sweat. Rooms had very less illumination. The quilts had stains - yellow patches; so im assuming the laundry is also neglected bigtime. Breakfast was average- quality of food was not bad- they can have variety certainly. Only highlight was a buffet dinner- when they made all kinds of desi indian food- and since we were bored of having the middle eastern kinda food- this dinner was the best treat for us- it came with an extra cost surely- but comfort food always wins one's heart. Other staff/housekeeping/receptionist/chefs were super polite and warm- except ms. Grace who reminded me of my school teacher with her deathstares. Its accessible to most of the places- plus taxis are also easily available. Plus property also felt safe. There are some cafe's around the hotel on walking distance

Worst services room that i expected is totally different very smelly room also many times call to reception for change the room but they can't help. But really very worst service

The property is fine, the room is also fine but the service in the room is not good. The towels in the room were not good. They were dirty and the service of the hotel is not good at all.

They stay was fine there was water dripping from the ceiling next to the washroom the bed size was ok for one person maximum two person but if you have a child, then it will be little uncomfortable for one person bedsize is perfect the parking space in the hotel is very very less very very less so i was parking outside the hotel at the main porch of the hotel. And also next day, i was parking at the assembly point of the hotel. Rest everything was fine no complaints.
