    Good Stay

    It was a lovely stay at cost a bella tropical beach hotel. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was decently maintained. Filled with families so very homely feel.

    A good hotel but not good value for money

    The hotel is quite good but one would definitely expect more for the money paid. A window AC for that price, Come on, anybody would expect a Split AC due to noise issues. WiFi neither had expected speed, nor a stable connection. Hospitality was excellent. Food was good. Live musicians at dinner time is a definite plus. The aura of resort definitely lightens up your mind.
    For this price, we expected bigger room. Also, we expected better room ambiance.

    Poor Stay

    The front office staff was not much courteus on explaining the facilities and upgrade the restaurant. Good was not much good, juices were watery. The place was noisy with drunken tourist on some floors, hotel security did not advise them to call or control. Hotel staff is not given on duty meals and look demotivated.
