Rooms are quiet big and staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok not enough things for vegetarians but can manage with bread and fruits and rice which they serve everyday

Golden Phoenix hotel Manila

I stayed from 4-8 Dec 2022. The hotel is near , about 7 km, from Manila airport for travellers and conveniently located near SM Mall of Asia for shoppers. The tariff was reasonable and the room was quite luxurious, clean and comfortable comfortable. In-room dining is also inexpensive and satisfactory, with the Breakfast buffet having a good number of choices. The staff - reception, housekeeping and others were polite and helpful.. The rooms have to be accessed from the second floor rather than the lobby - you have to take an escalator but it wasn't actually an inconvenience.
I would recommend it for budget travellers

Noisy exteriors and unresponsive staff

There was lots of noise right outside our room till 3 am due to a street food vendor right below the room. Despite multiple reminders all night and assurances from the staff, the loud noises of the crowd continued and we were unable to sleep!

Nice centrally placed Hotel in Pasay, Manila. Very close to the largest mall of asia. Rooms are spacious but bathrooms are small. Staff is courteous, helpful and professional. Breakfast spread is a good mix of vegetarian and non vegetarian food.

The hotel is walking distance from the sea and SMX mall. It's a comfy hotel and the only thing I hold against it is the way to reach the rooms. It's like a maze. The staff is friendly and helping.

Easy to get to and from the airport, quick and easy check-in. Very helpful and polite staff and the decor and rooms are superb. The Hotel is within walking distance to the mall of Asia, many smaller shops and the wall mart is just a short walk away. The Hotel is an excellent place to stay.

Rooms were great can improve on service response small pool, good location, and breakfast definitely worth a try believe they will work On the negatives aspects and really will come a long way in future years to come
