Great spot, safe and secure. Keep in mind if booking a single room, the chairs,toilet and shower are quite small. I'm not the tallest person in the world and still struggled at times.
Fantastic apartment. I stayed here with my 15 year old son and we had a lovely time. The cake they made (upon request) was honestly the nicest cake I have ever tasted!
The room was cleaned every day & fresh towels provided. I. Couldn’t fault a thing about the apartment.
It was a little walk to Main Market Square, but this was a pleasant walk as there was a few things to see along the way.
had silverfish in my shower and it leaked. AC didnt work (it was 30°c outside) and bed was uncomfortable.
i called about the shower and it wasn't fixed while i was there or offered another room.
It was a good place to stay. I had no issues with anything. For the most part it was quiet.
Room was beautiful, staff were second to none. First time in Krakow and magic memories have been made.

Nice enough but a bit disappointing
The apartment was ok but it looked nothing like the apartment in the advert I was expecting something much nicer. It was clean enough, but the condition wasn’t great, there were wires hanging off the balcony which was full of bird poo, electric sockets were hanging out the wall, bits of skirting board were loose off , towels were supposed to be changed each day but no one came in to clean, and no one has bothered to reply to my complaint. The apartment itself was quite noisy, other residents shouting and arguing. It was ok but not as nice as I’d hoped.
It was an amazing trip got to do and see everything that we wanted. Hotel was in a perfect location nice easy walk to the square. The room was brill nice and big, cleaned and tidied everyday which was perfect. The staff are very helpful and check on you everyday if you need anything or have any questions. It was a great hotel would definitely stay again!

nancy.partnerMar 09, 2023 A great location to be in, only 10-15 minute walk from the centre. However, I extremely confused with the facilities listed on Expedia. The property describes a self service breakfast for a charge, when we asked a lady on reception when we checked in, she said there is no breakfast option, this was extremely disappointing as this was a huge reason we had booked this property. The rooms were comfortable and clean but not sound proof from other apartments and outside noise. Unfortunately our television did not work at all and when were in our room, early morning and early evening/night there was nobody on reception. The shower was extremely temperamental and often went cold. Tea and coffee facilities were nice, except we bought milk from the local shop. Would recommend for someone for a short stay but unfortunately would not return ourselves.

The staff leave you alone but help if needed. It was really like having an apartment experience. The old town is fifteen minutes walk away. Very clean and well designed. I did not want to leave.
I loved it the room was beautiful very stylish absolutely perfect experience! I wish I stayed longer but it’s a perfect getaway experience great location close to the best part of the city! I recommend it very much will definitely revisit soon! ☺️
Lovely room and great communication
Had a lovely stay for 4 nights with the jetted bathtub room. Booked for my partners 30th birthday. Had additional balloons and Prosecco added to our room. Communication was great all the way through. Even though there is no reception as such, it was always so easy to get hold of them for any query. Already looking forward to booking to come back! Not too far from main square either so location was great. Around a 15/20 min walk.

Prior to this we had email communication with the hotel to ensure that our check-in would be simple, and we even had tours booked in advance on our behalf. Hotel also arranged a fantastic airport transfer for the early hours. Excellent hotel. Highly recommended. Thanks for a lovely stay!
verified t.partnerDec 05, 2019 Very clean and immaculately presented, only very small floor was that there were only x2 coffee pods so you had to got buy more if you wanted tea and coffee from a shop otherwise it was pretty perfect
From start to finish this place was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.
We booked our airport transfers and trip to the salt mines,Auschwitz 1 & 2 everything was perfect and Patrick and Peter our drivers were so helpful.
Cant praise everyone enough, weve recommended the hotel to our friends & family. Very enjoyable stay
victoria.partnerSep 20, 2019 Clean, well located property, only 10/15 minute walk from St Florian Gate. Modern room and friendly staff. My only suggestion is that when the hotel contacts you it would be useful to give the reception door number to get in through the front door as I had to contact them through Expedia to say we were outside. Apart from that, we were able to leave bag for the day when we departed, but had to take a note of the number to buzz to get back in. The desk is manned from midday to midnight.
