The bathroom was filthy no toiletries at all, no towels in the room. It was the worst experience I had in Samoa, just lucky it was 1 night only. Would never recommend this hotel

Stuff are very helpful and friendly.Room 44 it’s now my favourite room in this hotel. Specious, comfortable beds with a view. Breakfast every morning was a selection of fruits, homemade muffins, and more. Short walk to the main shopping area and market. Will recommend this hotel to anyone. Awesome value for money. 🙏

Proximity to town area. Bed is very comfortable. No back aches. Nice walks to catch sunrise and see sunset.

Perhaps the pool could use a little upgrading (broken tiles, cleaning around the tiles), but the pool water was clean for swimming.

caroline.family_with_childrenSep 26, 2024 Need regular room service housekeeping did not change sheets or clean rooms 27,35 and 55 for the 14 days we were there at all. No phones in rooms so had to walk to reception every time and ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Wifi broke down last for days of our stay which is an inconvenience as we work remote relying on internet connection. Rooms were in bad condition needed paint on ceilings and walks with were peeling off, light switches didn’t work, mold and cracked tiles in pool. Leaking water from bathroom ceiling fan dripped down while using the toilet
This hotel is terrible. It is an embarrassment.
If you have made a booking change your mind now while you can get your money back.
Toilet continually blocked - in the end we kept the plunger so we could keep clearing it ourselves! Otherwise it stayed blocked for 1 days each time. Shower had no pressure - resorted to collecting water in a plastic container to pour it over ourselves.
Swimming pool is not maintained, broken tiles, dirty.

Wheelchair-width doorways these rooms are upstairs with no disabled access. Saw an older lady being carried up the stairs by her family because she couldn't climb them!

Loud and tired. Not really a place for sleeping.
Very old and tired (like a roadside motel) but that was expected and part of the price. My room was at the front and was directly over the bar. I could hear every word spoken, chair dragged, song played as if they were in the room with me. The bar closed at 10 which was fine but there was a group of people who kept making noise until about 2.30am. I went down to reception at 1.30 and they tried but it took a long time for the noise to reduce (not stop). This was for one night when my flights got changed, it was ok for that despite not sleeping but I wouldn’t stay any longer.

A deluxe room should have toiletries, eg, soap, shampoo, conditioner, there were none
The room got quickly clean that the mirrors are oily, and bathroom floor wet,no face cloths and they only clear the rubish upon request.

Has a large pool but some tiles are missing around and in the pool. However its still good for a swim and is popular with guests.
Ive stayed here 3 to 4 times and for the cost you pay its reasonable. Staff are friendly. Good budget accommodation with a good enough continental breakfast.
Good place to stay that has a pool. Even for the kids. Nothing really that shines out about this place but good place to stay if on a budget. Pool needs a clean!
