Shuttle bus service was bad. Food was average, no asian food were there

The hotel is nice and the bus to ha-ram is nice but the only issue is that the beds are small compared to other hotels in the trio room

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were good and supportive. Cleanliness room. Near at walking distance. The market is nearby for shopping. Good restaurants are there if you walk from haram to the hotel.

Shuttle service

Shuttle service is getting worst especially on friday for jumma prayer and weekdays. Need to change 2 buses to get the haram i will not recommend to anyone,

It was a very good experience living in voco hotel. The hotel was very neat with all the facilities. The house keeping staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel have shuttle buses for going and coming to haram. The only drawback of this hotel is the shuttle drops you far away to walk to ha-ram if you have small kids or elderly people and one have to change two buses to reach haram.

The services of hotel were not satisfactory, moreover the response and way of treatment of room boys was not professional and reception response was only as "yes" man with non-polite feeling but practically was delayed poor response I had to call them for many times for a small things. They were directing me to and fro to call this and that number instead of taking me requirements and passing to them as a matter of good service but it didnot happened I was struggling to call here and there on their numbers. Rooms were partitioned by wooden sheets hence adjacent room guest were too disturbing and I was on holy pilgrimage of Umrah. The noise was disturbing me in prayer at room amd in sleep also. There were no milk provided for tea in the room despite I requested. Tea bags were avaialble but without milk facility what one can take a tea without milk service. There was no writing pad and pen kept in room for noting down something, I requested for that a small thing which is normally provided in hotels but deapite request they took more than 12 hours to provide in room. These may be small things for me or someone to ignore but when it comes to the services of hotel definitely its not a good service that guest is struggling for all such things and there is no tolernace or attitude of gratitude to accept just one peice of laundary just to support the guest as it was not a big bundle of laundry which could put hotel in a huge financial loss. We come as a guest from other countries to their countries and there should be some sort of gratitude of hospitality which is expected to little adjust whereever possible as we don't ask for big thing just small things can be big facility for us to stay comfortably and satisfactorily. Things can be improved well.

Overall it was a good time spent at voco. The only issue was parking..it was not free and they were charging SAR 50/day which is quite expensive.

Great hotel with good rooms and great food & service. Only downside is distance from haram, the hotel operates 24/7 shuttle which is very convenient, however expect to be stuck in traffic depending on the season.

Location : it is really amazing as they have a shuttle service which is very frequent facilities: the property is well maintained and the property is new staff : the reception seemed a bit odd as they were in a hurry and they asked me to move a side while i was searching for the booking number, they had to deal with other customers is what they told me, which was odd as i am also a guest.

The location is excellent but the property has an old feel to it. The bed is comfortable but toilet has issues. Staff is helpful. I probably won’t stay here again.

Clean and comfortable rooms with good shuttle service. Very good breakfast buffet. It is at affordable too. Would opt for this hotel if i go to mecca again

A gem that is more than value for money

Beautiful room, facilities and staff. Shuttle bus is luxurious and frequent or you can walk and reach the haram in 25 mins. Price is awesome and experience is of or better than clock tower hotels.
