Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore

The Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore is good with good facilities at room but average service. The extra options link early checkin, paid airport transfer, smoking rooms were not provided. We have to wait till 2 pm for check in and therefore waited for about 4 hours at lobby. This is usual case for all visitors. Room is cleaned in every two days, not everyday. We have to reach to reception everyday for complimentary water bottles, soap, tea sachets etc. The breakfast has got lots to varieties but as an indian, options left are bread butter/jam, fruit, cornflakes, egg, omelets everyday. No parathas, dosa or indian noodles in breakfast. If someone wants or link multi cuisine or inter continental breakfast, then it is fine. Overall service is average. Some Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore receptionist are sometimes rude which is quite unexpected.

This is an old property but well maintained. Rooms and other areas are clean. Our room had a bathtub as well which is a nice thing after Long hours of walking in Singapore. Rooms are spacious and apt for a couple. The best thing about the Hotel has to be it's location, it has 5-6 bus stops nearby and 3 MRT (metro) stations nearby. That means you can go to any place in Singapore without having to spend crazy money and time. The only bad thing is that it doesn't offer much in breakfast for and Indian vegan. So if you are a veg skip the breakfast rate and save a few dollars. I got for a couple with breakfast and wifi for their second category with queen bed.

Overall stay was good. Perfect location, all bus stops and metro station are at walking distance. All the sightings are near by as well. Food is an issue for Indian Veg travelers. They only have a set breakfast which does not change at all with exception to type of noodles which most of the Indian travelers won’t like. They have live egg stations, but the chef does not wear gloves and has stone face and does not wear gloves. Does not listen to your request. He will even say no to additional salt request (forget about pepper)🤦🏻

We had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay in Hotel Grand Pacific, Singapore. We were given upgraded room on request, room was quite spacious with comfortable beds and a clean washroom with bathtub. The room was equipped with all necessary amenities and the reception as well as concierge staff were really polite and helpful, also room services were prompt, would definitely stay here again in my next visit and recommend this Hotel to others as well. Would rate this Hotel excellent.

If you are travelling to Singapore for the first time. I will suggest you to opt for this Hotel as the staff is very friendly and they will provide you with handy information about the place and make your stay worthwhile. Nice rooms with spacious washrooms. The location is too good just 2 mins walking from the MRT station and thus makes life easy in Singapore. Also very close to the downtown Bay area. Had an amazing stay with parents.

Excellent location makes it a good value buy. I had booked for 3 nights and including breakfast, food was average. Room was spacious and sufficient. No issues there. Clean Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore. Value for money with close proximity to premium locations such as orchard road, raffles place, marketplace under swissotel, riverwalk, etc. Very close to bus stops for direct buses to vivo city, gateway to sentosa. No hassles.

Grand pacific is situated in a prime location- victoria street which is close to main points such as bugis metro station, street, arab street, sim limo mall, raffles street, clarks quay and even orchard rd. Hotel is clean and tidy with staff being very courteous and jovial. Reception, room and service everything was perfect. Breakfast has wide choices and tasty. I would prefer to stay in grand pacific again. Thank you guys.

The Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore does not have its own kitchen for lunch and dinner but they have a tie up with a local restaurant which serves very delicious food but the only drawback is the delivery time takes upto 40-45 minutes. The staff is very cooperative and well behaved with a smile on their face and a cute dog! The room sizes and the pool is huge and fantastic! All in all my personal rating 4.9 out of 5!

Good Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore at the center of the city but price quite expensive. Information brochure not available at the Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore for tourists. No welcome drink given like in other star Hotel Grand Pacific Singapores.
Room size was not so big enough but room was clean, no ramp for the trolley at the entrance beginning which causes some trouble.

I booked room here just for the central location. I got a free room upgrade. However was disappointed to see that the bed was broken. They quickly changed our room and check in was also fast. They have good breakfast options including some Indian veg on the menu. I feel Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore was value for money, though not to the luxury level I was looking for.

Near to all public transport facilities, you can get lots of choices for food as well near by. Neat, clean and big room as we it was triple occupancy but not much fancy. We have not face any issues during Hotel stay as we have spent majority of our time in visiting tourist places. We have not opted for breakfast so cannot comment on taste or quality of food.

Location was excellent, easy to reach for bus or MRT. Staff attitude was very good. Food breakfast was of less choice and repetitive. Could be better. Rest do not know since there was no time to rest at Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore. Hope will be back to the same Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore next time. Best wishes for Christmas and New year.

Location is brilliant and the Hotel service and good is good too. I would've liked a larger spread for dinner though and ventilation in rest rooms.

Neat and tidy rooms with friendly staff. House keeping was excellent. We wished for larger breakfast spread, as an indian found very little options for food there. Overall good experience

Good value for money. It is an amazing Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore. Location is near Bugis which is a food hub. Multiple mrt are nearby. Walking distance. The staff could be more friendlier. The Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore room is clean and comfy. Managed to walk about. Overall amazing.

Excellent place to stay to explore Singapore. Right next to National Design center and National Library building and connectivity with multiple bus stops and MRTs is a plus. Convenient for shopping as many of the famous sports like Bugis, Sim-Lim, Little India are close by.

The Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore is located at an excellent location. The property is well maintained. However the rooms upkeep can be made better. The option of a handy phone in each room was amazing. The in room dining options were very limited which can be improved.

The Hotel room was pretty good, very clean. On the first day, there wasn't any electricity in the Hotel. Not too sure if this is a regular or one-time thing

Good for Indian, near to metro station, on Victoria street as this is one of the main streets for shopping and evening walk.

Although the food was good but there was less options for vegetarian people specially for Indians.

As the business visitor, location is very useful. I can ride the MRT and can go to shopping mall soon from Hotel And it's OK about the service level. I think it's enough. I felt the facility and room is a little old, but it's clean. If they can arrange the smoking room, the rate may be higher.

The Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore was neat and clean. However the bathrooms are smaller in size and not like any 3 or 4 star Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore in india although they were neat and clean. Overall the stay was good as the Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore is located near bugis and mart station is hardly 250 metres walk.
