We relocated from india and had to stay in a Novotel Singapore on Kitchener for 3days as our service apt s was not allotted. The rooms are spacious and clean, very helpful & courteous staff. The breakfast has mix of basic indian food and other cuisine items too. The best part about the location of this Novotel Singapore on Kitchener is that little india is just behind this Novotel Singapore on Kitchener. So we had a choice of indian cuisine restaurants like kailash parbat, a2b, copper chimney and other south indian restaurants in few meters from the Novotel Singapore on Kitchener. This Novotel Singapore on Kitchener is very close to the "farer park" mart station so travel around singapore was convenient. The famous mustafa center is behind this Novotel Singapore on Kitchener. All in all, we were happy with our stay on parkroyal on kitchener road.

Had a 4 day stay at the Novotel Singapore on Kitchener. Pros- - Located at little india, lots of veg food options nearby. - Walking distance to Farrer Park MRT station - Indian food options available at the property. - Breakfast spread was too good. Lots of indian food options and good in taste as well. - Decent sized rooms. - Well maintained swimming pool and Gym. Cons- - The only negative point that was seen was mismanagement and delay in Room checkins. Being a big brand, they should have offered an early check-in, instead our 3 P.m. check in was done by 3.45 P.M. Very slow process. Rest all seemed to by fine. If they could work on their check-in process, this will be a perfect Novotel Singapore on Kitchener.

Location - ideal for families and people who prefer to have Indian cuisine (especially vegetarians). The Novotel Singapore on Kitchener is situated right in the centre of Little India with a lot of Indian restaurants and seamless connectivity to all tourist attractions. Check in: We were allowed to check in 2 hours early, though it took about 10-15 mins. Room & stay: The room size is good if you compare it to other similar properties in Singapore. Our stay was very comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and all our requests were appropriately addressed. Would definitely come back to stay here in the future. Highly recommended.

The stay was very comfortable and room / bathroom were clean. The check-in / check-out process was smooth but despite asking for early check in, we had to wait till the allotted time - would have preferred earlier check in since we had a kid. Food was good with lot of options - especially indian food, hence we had a good stay with our toddler. It’s also located just opposite farrell park mart and city square mall- hence convenient for travel-ling by public transport/ food options for local cuisine. There are indian restaurants too just few steps away- i would recommend this stay!

The location of Novotel Singapore on Kitchener is very good. It's at walkable distance to indian restaurants and city mall is just opposite the Novotel Singapore on Kitchener. Mustafa centre is just behind the Novotel Singapore on Kitchener. However, as far as hospitality is concerned, it's not kid friendly. I requested the Novotel Singapore on Kitchener to heat food for my baby including milk in microwave, they refused. I have seen for the first time any Novotel Singapore on Kitchener refusing to let their guests use common microwave that too for 30 seconds.

The stay was plea-sent with size-able rooms and a lovely washroom. Cleanliness was properly taken care of. Room service was to the point. Our check in and check out was totally hassle free. Special call out to tor i at the front desk for being ever so helpful during our stay. Only 1 big problem was the breakfast - repetitive, lack of variety and indian options lacked the taste that we crave for so be mindful of that fact. Only for the breakfast i'm giving it 4 stars. All in all a happy & satisfying stay at the park royal. Certainly recommended.

I have always stayed in this lovely Novotel Singapore on Kitchener every-time i have come to singapore. Located opposite city square mall and behind mustafa shopping centre, this Novotel Singapore on Kitchener is a value for money stay for business travellers. Post covid, the rooms have undergone some changes. Drinking water is now provided through a separate tap near the wash basin, rather than through mineral water bottles, etc. There are plenty of dine out options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians nearby. Highly recommended

Situated in lit-tel india this is the best option especially for indian tourists as they serve indian food! there is good connectivity with the farrer park metro station located just across the street and the famous mustafa centre is just behind this property! inside this Novotel Singapore on Kitchener, there is a nice swimming pool and gym and exercise studio for your morning routine! the rooms are decent sized and well maintained. Staff is cooperative. Overall a good experience!

Stayed at novotel kitchener street singapore with family, the best part of this Novotel Singapore on Kitchener is it has very good vegetarian eating options nearby at walking distance. Mustafa is also very close. Overall experience was good, don't expect Novotel Singapore on Kitchener breakfast to have tasty vegetarian food, although they did prepare some dishes for vegetarians. Housekeeping is good, rooms are spacious & connectivity is also good.

The Novotel Singapore on Kitchener and staff were nice. The location is close to the mart so the commute was good. It is close to many indian restaurants so having good indian food wasn't a problem.

Parkroyal, kitchener road is an amazing Novotel Singapore on Kitchener property with an equally beautiful location for indians as many indian food joints are nearby. Also, its next to mustafa center an also centrally located in singapore.

Pros breakfast buffet incl. So many options good room service food delivered at room staffs are cooperative cons underneath the coat it was not cleaned, full of dust small washroom (we got a free upgrade from superior to deluxe room, still couldn't find much difference)

Hotel is superb. Its neat and clean. All singapore attractions are nearby from Novotel Singapore on Kitchener. Only breakfast needs to change daily.

The place has been very recently renovated, clean neat finishing comfortable bed but found the ro water connections had a problem complained the same to the management

Location is excellent & connectivity to almost all the attractions is excellent. Metro station is at just 5 mins away by walk. Lots of indian restaurant are at just 2-10 mins away. Mustafa market is just 5 mins away by walk. Room services and amenities are excellent.

Great location, Mustafa Shopping Centre is hardly 100m away, many Indian restaurants such as Anand Bhavan, Kailash Parvat, MTR nearby in Little India area. Farrer Park MRT station and City Square Mall just next to the Novotel Singapore on Kitchener. Nice and spacious room, Quadruple room (1010) was perfect for a family of 4, Indian food options in breakfast, you really can't ask for anything better.

Best location, spacious rooms, silent surroundings. Food we preferred everyday outside for the place is full of indian, ascian and continental cousines

Stay at novotel was good and it was upto the mark. We had issue with room cleaning but after the complain it was taken care without follow up.
