Lights are equivalent to zero in rooms plus smelly rooms very small in size also doesn’t have smart tv playing you tube and other ott apps

Location of the hotel is perfect for vegetarian india folks. But on down side 1. Smelly and untidy room, with no ventillation 2. Spring beds, makes is uncomfortable 3. Automatic door system of bathroom is pain 4. Not hotel restaurant kitchen, or breakfast option 5. No drop point in front. If you have luggage you have to carry from backside. 6. Lifts are painful, no staircase only recommended for backpackers and people on tight budget

Very good stay, hegiene, clean rooms. Good location of the hotel with good indian restaurants around. Only rooms are bit small.

Rooms are very small and very bad smells in the rooms , not comfortable at all, tried multiple rooms but all the rooms had the same issue. Although management tried to offer the best they have. but hotel had the issue.

Property was not hygenic, non responsive staff. No room service. We are a group of people stayed in 3rooms for 5 days exepereineced nightmare. Staying over 5 days not even one day the room nor bathroom was cleaned. Foul smelly room and dusty curtains. The washroom doore is full of fungus. The air conditioning is not working properly

Ut has the convenience of its location, with easy access to local dining spots and public transportation. The 3 mart stations are nearby viz jalan besar, farrer park and lavendar. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, our rooms are spacious with great cleanliness and comfort. The hotel staff is friendly and provided nice service for our needs throughout our stay. For those seeking a budget-friendly option without sacrificing quality, the am-rise hotel is a commendable choice.

The guy from reception is very accomodating, he assist us on our early booking and he even allowed us for this as we have concert to attend. Room is small but it can fit 2 people. Important is they always clean it and its very near to farrer mart and mall. Its walkable.

Am-rise hotel kitchener is located in jalan besar, which is 3 mins walk to musthafa center and little india and farrer park metro. The changi airport is a 30 minute drives from this place. Rooms are neat and clean with required facilities like kettle, coffee & tea, mini fridge, and 1 lit complimentary drinking water. Basic rooms are very small and the next category rooms are in good enough size. Compared to other properties, the price is very reasonable. Staff are quite okay. Helping our queries with a smile. I would recommend this hotel for business & family travelers. They collect a security deposit of sgd 50 per room and its refundable, overall, the stay was excellent and value for money.

I have been cheated with the tariff… Walking booking for same category room was for 100-110 SGD .. i was charged 200 SGD for same. This is the worst hotel i have ever been NO staff for housekeeping … They dont have kitchen so dont expect even a spoon or plate. Staff at reception is very rude and they ill treat Indian despite we contribute largely on their GDP. This is the quality of their top premium room.. washroom has poor drainages system and gets flooded after one bath inside their so called tub. Room cleaning done after pleading multiple times.
