Good rooms, decent location. Overall service is also good. Mrt is hardly 400m away and bus stop not even 100m

I have a great stay in singapore. I enjoyed the food and the place. We booked the hotel at hotel grand pacific where we stayed for 4 days and i can say that it is a great location for the tourist spending holidays vacation with family because it is near in mart station, bus station, malls and restaurants. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Singapore is one of the best place we’ve been visit for me.

Hotel property is gud and location is good too. But the food they serve is a complete western breakfast and they are not flexible to amend it for their guests.

Room - big enough. Actually bigger than avg rooms in sg. Location - 5 mins walk to bugis (shopping) and 1 mins walk to the nearest bus stop. All the attractions are nearby from here like mbs, gbtb etc.

Challenging to stay-for vegetarian people

Hotel was good, room size was fine. The only issue was w. R. T. Food options for vegetarian people. We had to survive on the hash brown patty and bread butter for the entire 5 days. They do not have much variation in the food menu for all including vegetarian option.

I had booked deluxe 'twin room' for three guests (2 adult 1 child. During check-in hotel stated we don't have room and you need to pay 80 sgd/night for additional bed. This despite the room being booked for three guests! i then stated that i have twin room which they denied having available, so i stated who i was not informed earlier. I refused to take the room they were offering and after insisting to complain the manager chtistine said they have a room with twin beds ? i suspect this is typical way of trying to charge extra. Rooms are spacious but old, so please be careful while booking.

Hotel room was okay but the staff was kind of rude and not professional. We were travel-ling with infant and was crying due to travel exertion and they asked us we should control 1. 5 year baby from crying. We were surprised by that but peacefully checked in to our room. Rooms are decent size, with good breakfast platter. Expect better service from reception.

Stayed for 3 nights. The staff are helpful and curtious. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. Room was spacious and clean with spacious bathroom. Hot water and clean sheets. Loved the stay

Hotel and room service was good. Only one thing which i didn't like was the breakfast buffet no variety for vegetarians. I literally survived on fruits and bread toast. 5days it was same hash patotoes and dal (which was not that great.
