Just stayed here for 5 days with my family with a twin room and a 3 bedroom and trust me, I would love to be back again the staffs, the location, the friendliness, and cleanliness were beyond expectations. The major attractions were easily connected by the Balestier tower bus stop that is just 5 seconds walk from the Value Hotel Balestier, yes that's true. the bus tower is right in front of the Value Hotel Balestier lobby..if you are coming from Changi airport, you have to take the MRT from the airport and alight at Bugis MRT station(Exit A). You will see the bus stop right at the exit. Board either bus 130 or bus 145 and both will drop u at Balestier tower bus stop and you can see the Value Hotel Balestier just in front for bus 130, you have to alight at the 8th stop which is Balestier tower and for bus 145, its the 9th stop. I have seen that a few people said that this place is too small but trust me its not you can easily spend a week here without any problem..we were 3 in a room that is actually a double bedroom they provided an extra mattress for one of us even then I would say that I didn't face any problem whatsoever 5 stars for this Value Hotel Balestier last time I stayed at Value Hotel Balestier 81 Dickson and I was a little worried about this Value Hotel Balestier when I was booking it during this time but it exceeded my expectations good rooms clean washroom great staffs. Everything awesome definitely recommends this to all of you and we visited this at a time when the prices of other Value Hotel Balestiers were mammothly high because of the formula one Singapore Grand Prix event even then we got it at amount lesser than Value Hotel Balestier 81 Dickson that people say is the best budget Value Hotel Balestier in Singapore. So please consider value Value Hotel Balestier for your next trip to the Lion City. Goodluck.

Location is great on Balestier Road, opp Balestier towers which can be reached by local bus. The Hotel staff particularly the Hotel door (doorman) was very cooperative and helpful and helped us with directions on location wanted to reach and shared with us the details of buses and MRT to reach our desired locations. The rooms were quite small for 3 of us without windows and same was the bathroom, but since our whole day went in sightseeing and outside so we just came to Hotel at night and but need to mention had a good comfortable sleep. The Hotel only provides a 500ml of mineral water per head each day and above this could be chargeable, need to note this as this is not mentioned on MakeMyTrip booking Page. The cleanliness, staff behavior, and everything are good. There is an Indian restaurant just nearby the Hotel for breakfast and food and there is also a 7 eleven store nearby. In all a great comfortable trip.

We had booked superior plus room for 3 adults although the room and washroom were bit cramped I found the cleanliness and service to be very prompt and Value Hotel Balestier staff is very cooperative. Location is a plus point as there is Bus stop just outside the Value Hotel Balestier, so no need to walk but if you're planning to go through MRT then MRT is bit far from Value Hotel Balestier location but you can't get everything at budget price. Overall I would say a good budget Value Hotel Balestier with prompt service and best location.

If you do early check in they charge you extra 20sgd. Staff are really good and Value Hotel Balestier is clean. Rooms are suitable for the people who wants to roam around all the time and only come back to the Value Hotel Balestier to rest, because there is no windows in the room. You don't find any difference in day and night. If you going for trip and want spend on Value Hotel Balestier less and spend more on exploring this is the right place.

Good Value Hotel Balestier for budget stay. Value for money. Nice location, bus stop at the gate of Value Hotel Balestier, which helped to access all other parts of city easily. Room was small with no window but well decorated, floor was a little slippery. Good location for Indians as a South India restaurant was available with cheap prices next to Value Hotel Balestier. Overall it was a nice experience.

Hotel staff was very kind and co-operative. Stay was awesome according to the price I paid. Rooms are little small but when the price is considered rooms are sufficient in size to stay for. 2. Neat and clean rooms. It's in the mid of the city so you wanna go anywhere it just takes 10-20 min or sometimes 30 min. Go to this Hotel if you have a low budget. The best option for low budget and 2 Star Hotel.

The location is best, everything is nearby. Bus stop is down. Bathroom is really small. We took room without window. There was no wardrobe. Although some room has it. But, cleanliness is nice and staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide you water bottles everyday and even provide extra. You can stay as you will hardly be in room. I will recommend to stay.

The Value Hotel Balestier is just next to bus stop making it most convenient to solo travellers or the families which decide to use public transport. Staff is supposing specially the Lady at reception Ain. She gave always right advice to visit the places. The even changed my room when I complained of some smell of smoking. It was good experience.

It is apt for groups who have no plans of returning to the Value Hotel Balestier for the whole day, except for the night. If you are someone who wants to chill and relax in a Value Hotel Balestier, please look for other options.

Very helpful staff. Hotel is accessible and they provide free shuttle service to MRT stations every 1 hour till 12:25 pm. Near to Little India. You can find lots of Indian restaurants in Little India and Ferrers place. We took a cab from little India to Value Hotel Balestier and it just cost SGD 4-6.

Room size is very compact and definitely not advisable for Family Guests. For travelers/short term workers, it is preferable and conveniently located and the price is also nominal. Metro is located atleast 1km from the Value Hotel Balestier and located in middle of China Town & Little India.

Awesome stay in affordable budget, bus stop is just opposite to the Value Hotel Balestier, Indian food is available at 2mins walking. Staff is cooperative, you can keep your luggage if reached before check in time and can roam around with no worries and housekeeping is also good.

It's a nice budget Hotel can't complain much for the price I paid, it had all the basic amenities like hot water, air conditioner and rooms were cleaned daily

Hotel is l excellent and amazing also Worth for money which I spent. Additionally near by there was indian Hotel, out from Hotel bus stop where I enjoyed my complete stay and made out of memories.

I choose the window room and it was closed and show purpose. Anyways the room was cleaned daily and it was neat. I would book again surely.

Good stay. Good Value Hotel Balestier for small budget. The washrooms are very small. A. C. Was working good and was very effective. Stayed there only for one night but may stay for longer period if my budget is tight.
