    Poor facilities

    The room we stayed was supposed to have a glass door for the shower according to the Photo of the bathroom on their website but it didn't. So the shower water splashed out everywhere in the bathroom. We felt so uncomfortable with the wet floor. I guess it's hard for their housekeepers to clean the bathroom. They need to put a shower curtain at least.

    Disappointed with Hotel quality

    Rooms are little old and staff in NOT very clean and experienced. The rooms were old, very soon after check-in and entering the room we were informed that the allocated room and undergoing some work and we need to move to other room. We again packed every item and moved to new room.
