    Old property, high price, not a 4 star at all.

    The room we stayed in was small. We paid good money per night. There was not even one bottle of water in the room. There was not even a kettle in the room. There was no one to get your luggage from the taxi. This property in no way a 4 star.

    The location was great. Very close to most of the attractions in Madrid. The hotel staff was quite helpful and courteous. We loved our stay at the hotel.
    We were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was fantastic and very well appointed.
