Very fast service breakfast is very nice furniture and amenities are awesome first time i saw you have touched key of room to lift button board from 12th floor of my room beautiful picture of colombo city

It’s purely functional with small room sizes and very poor food service that comes in cardboard take away boxes - now if you order something that is wet the cardboard is sticky it leaks and one goes off the food immediately. Water in the rooms
is in glass bottles which are extremely difficult to take along. Showers are sub optimal

About 45 to 50 min drive from the airport (without traffic, beautiful view and well maintained property. Staff is very alert and quick to respond. Beautiful infinity pool. Excellent breakfast buffet. Room size small for our liking.

Stay at cinnamon red hotel colombo was comfortable. Check in was managed smoothly. Rooms are beautifully designed in combination of white and red. Room size is good enough with enough space to move around. View from rooms are awesome specially if u get rooms in higher floors. Bathroom is decent size and functional with toiletries provided. Definitely a good choice to consider for stay at colombo. No images

operators took forever to answer the phones
front office team is not trained properly, communications skill are pretty bad.

We had a very memorable and cherish-able stay, the staff was very cooperative and supportive, the rooms were beautiful and cozy, excellent view from the room, clean and neat beds and toilet

The stay has been pleasant and the infinity pool is something to surely look out for. Everything was good but i had some trouble with food/water, otherwise everything was good!
