Terrible Stay

The guys in the hotel frustrated me even though the payment had been done through makemytrip my-biz app. They were not releasing my bag on check out. Moreover the breakfast in the hotel was absolutely rubbish and not at all good in taste and quality.

Charged twice for my booking

I made a booking for 2 rooms here. Upon exit these guys from hotel starting throwing tantrums and made my pay 2 times forcefully. They even said that they will not release me if not paid. I had bank statements with the money debited that i showed them. I really got frustrated and had to pay as they planned it in a way that they will ensure my flight got cancelled. Thar receptionist guy was very rude and the hotel was also extremely terrible. I would not recommend anyone staying in the hotel. The hotel has also extremely rubbish breakfast menu.

Hotel is at excellent location with ambient spacious rooms and rooftop restaurants are very good. Only cons i can say is breakfast has low options. Taste of food is very good. But service is slow. Overall rating 4 out of 5. Rooms, food and view from rooftop images

The hotel has a good location and an amazing rooftop infinity pool with a vast view over Colombo city. Also, I really appreciated how the hotel is environmentally conscious using toilet paper made of husk, reusable glass bottles instead of plastic ones etc. We had booked a room for 3 people. A third bed was put in a double room which left hardly any space to walk around since the table and chair originally occupying that space were moved to accommodate the bed. Breakfast had a decent spread. A good stay all in all. Would have loved a bigger room though.

We stayed for only one night. Overall staff was very friendly specially during breakfast, they were very helpful. Good quality and variety of breakfast. We wish we had stayed for few days more to stay. Surely we would have enjoyed. Totally recommend to stay here.

The staff are very friendly, warm, the rooftop views are one of the best you'll find. Nice spacious rooms with a great spa to boot!
