This is not a five-star hotel. The staff is rude, and the facilities are just average. The food is decent, but the staff could be more helpful. I stayed there on new year's eve and had to search for other celebration options since they don't prioritize in-house guests. The staff even started arguing and raising their voices, as if we weren't going to pay for the celebrations, while they themselves had no space available since everything was fully booked.

Location is good and well connected. Property restriction on booze is although concerning. Rooms are good too.

Location is good, accessible to most places, multiple food options and tourist places 15 min drive away. Hotel food was really great, good quantity and taste, western and indian both were good. Sea view facing rooms are actually not sea facing, construction going on and hotel has 10 floors so hardly 9-10th floor may get sea view with construction view. Services were good only drawback was hotel housekeeping schedule was really bad, the cleaned the room while i was at breakfast at 10am without me being informed or asked.

We had good experience at this place, but some points to be remind you that don’t serve welcome drinks at hotel while checked in same time two other nationals checked in they served welcome drinks, this kind of discrimination to be stop because same amount of money i too paid

I stayed from 17 to 20 nova 2024. I had great experience, service with a smile. Very good breakfast, wide variety of veg and non-veg food, local as well as continental. Good taste. Clean room. Abit small but nice. Enjoyed my stay.

Location is perfect hotel is decent enough. Not a luxury types but a perfect one if you are looking for something decent in budget. Food is good. Pool is lovely. People are so helpful rooms are decent size with balconies

Excellent location of the hotel. Staff, very good and cooperative. Enough options available in the restaurant for indian vegetarian. Very pleasant ambience of the entire hotel. Check-in and check out both was very quick. Absolutely hasslefree.

The rooftop swimming pool and breakfast was great. Nice view. However the rooms were not upto expectations as it shows 5 star hotel.
