Worst hotel ever. This not a star facilitated hotel, they are not providing any kind of service like cleaned rooms and basic amenities.

No amenities very dirty n bad smell comes from d drainage outside the hotel no breakfast is there n very dirty food hotels nearby really a dirty hotel please do not book it

Very very dirty no staff cooperation. No breakfast. Recommended please dont stay here. All drainage smells come from road also to b delete from make my trip consideration n it's request to tourism and tourist please dont recommend anyone

I have made booking from mm t but when reach hotel they are saying they have get any booking and deny check in after 2 hour waiting they given room in cash payment direct booking and they charged money.

No electricity on 28 july for whole night. No generator faculty. Restaurant did not open next day on 29 july no stool in bathroom p.

It was by far the most terrible stay i had in my life. The hotel manager has only few statements like "this is budget hotel" and "if you want then cancel your booking" as if he was going to give me the refund of it. The washroom sink leaks directly onto the leg. Hangers were not available when checked in. He bought hangers which broke with just a touch. Lizards roam around the entire hotel and the bedroom. And most importantly, the mattress of the bed is so bad that it is curved in such a manner that you literally feel the wood while sleeping. Ac water leaks into the room only. Hot water was not available for 4 days. Every day the manager kept on postponing and said "tomorrow technician will come. But that tomorrow came after 4 days. We didn't have bath for those days which made us feel like hell. After sleeping we got itching all over the body because of the mattress's condition. Intercom phone was there but no calls to the manager could take place which is the basic purpose of it.

Room was very dirty, no cleanness in washroom we found gecko lizard in room which was very disappointment and disgusting and we spoke with front office team, they said us they wont do you anything then i said them but if it goes inside your luggage bag then they said it not our problem.
Host are good but room is not well clean bathroom has a bad smell room has bad smell overall host are good but room is not…

As we have booked in metro city hotel and they allotted room in other metro port city hotel. When we objected they said it is same owner hotel. We booked for ac delux room and they gave normal a c room which was pathetic.

Except room service everything was very poor, room was not at all clean, there was full of hair in room, and shaved hair in bathroom, we said the staffs about it, but they did not care about it

Rooms were not clean and ac was continuously having voice and also water ingress from the a/c. Water soap, shampoo nothing was there in the room. Staff was good but rooms are horrible
