I was in this Sai Sea City Hotel for 4 nights and got a lovely room overlooking sea and was awesome clean rooms and good service. Air conditioning excellent, recommend and the best part was the MILK COFFEE. Menu was also great. All Tamil speaking will love the place since the staff spoke good Tamil.

The hospitality was really good. Good location for viewing sea. Rooms were clean. Everything was good about this Sai Sea City Hotel. Next time also I am try to stay this Sai Sea City Hotel. Only issue is wi-fi in ground floor only, please try to cover all the rooms in wi-fi connection.

Excellent Sai Sea City Hotel and value for money. Food was good. Service was good. WiFi was a disappointment as it was available only in the lobby area. The same can be extended to each floor and individual rooms.

I am staying in this Sai Sea City Hotel from last 2 years nearly 4 times I find lot of changes and reception people are so rude and such a careless even backpacker hostels check in desk is more better. Unless every thing is fine.

Good location of the Sai Sea City Hotel. Staff was polite and co-operative. Food is available but limited varieties. Cleanliness is good. Easily connectable to forte, main area of Colombo. Lot of buses available for forte and inter city bus stand.
