The hotel is spotless, food excellent. Fixed menu for half board but a la carte menu available. Friendly staff. Quiet & calm resort away from the hustle & bustle of the town.

We had booked two rooms, prepaid through Expedia, but the hotel said they had only one. They did not even give us the keys to that room and made us wait in the lobby for 3 hours. The manager and staff did nothing to help till my husband agreed to pay for one room again. Till now, they have not refunded this double payment, even though Expedia assured us they will. I would not go there again.

I stayed 4 nights and really everything was great. Lovely smiling helpful staff, good dinners and breakfasts (especially the Sri Lankan which was huge with enough leftovers for lunch), lovely garden and pool, comfortable room. Only the decor of my room was a little dull and could do with some homely touches/art/colour, but it had everything I needed. The local area has no restaurants that I could find but this did not bother me as the food in the hotel was good
Very Underwhelming

Cosmetically the hotel was nice with a good pool area and outside seating for the restaurant. However, there was no atmosphere in this hotel which was made even worse with the 25 or so employees they had working there despite myself and my girlfriend being the only two people there on the first night. The hotel staff were nice however they were fairly clueless on how to run a hotel and appeared to lack experience. The rooms were also slightly odd with the shower and toilet having two seperate glass cubes in the room as well as the the TV being 6 metres from the edge of the bed which made it difficult to see. Finally, the location of this hotel is not ideal with no restaurants within walking distance which means relying on tuk tuks.
Greeted by welcoming staff with refreshments.

hotel was comfortable staff was very pleasant and helpful. Food was great. But breakfast could be upgraded from chicken bacon to real pork bacon. Rooms were very cleaned and airy but Could be improved by having the bathroom windows closed to keep the flying insects out. Staying there was a very pleasant experience for my overseas friends.

Great place for a base to check out the many genuinely interesting temples in the area
Expensive Hotel that cannot justify its price

Initial cosmetic appeal, nice pool area and gardens, we booked 3 nights in a suite, when we were shown the room we tried to cancel, it was dirty and smelly, opened the curtains and they came off the rail, no end stops, tried to use the tie backs but the wall hooks were missing, flat pack wardrobe had no coat hangers, the fridge had mould on the inside, the seal around the door had fungus on it,units were dirty and the tap was not fitted properly, the bathroom looked as if the builders had left it unfinished, no hotel information or prices for the bar,1st day no hot water in the shower, 1st day at the pool parasols and loungers look as if they have never ever been cleaned, 1700hrs room not made up, you have to request this service, everything has a 10 percent service charge added, even room mini bar, restaurant was ok but nothing great, nothing to do around the hotel you have to use a tuk tuk, so you are stuck there at night, a young management team on site who lack training. They operate a reactive service. This hotel was expensive(breakfast was extra) for Sri Lanka and our worst experience out of 6 hotels, We complained to management and they did try to correct things, but it just was not good enough,I would not stay here again, you would be better making Andrapura a day visit from somewhere nice, Andrapura city is a dump where shop owners main aim in life seems to be to over charge tourists. Be warned

Un bien agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très attentif, la piscine grande, le cadre agréable. On peut ne pas aimer le lavabo non séparé de la chambre mais cela ne nous a pas gênés. Un rice and curry vraiment excellent.
Rien de particulier

hotel sympathique, rien de particulier en bien ou en mal. Personnel arrangeant, nourriture banale. Piscine agréable.
