We was accommodated guest of room no 108 & 107, would like to share my present experience as a suit room guest:
absolutely disappointed about the property!
the exterior is good enough to attract tourists and amenities are poor on that level. Toiletries are as per street-side room stays. Room heater doesn't work properly. 108 suit room has garbage-damping balcony. Poor net connection available for the guest. Overall ongoing experience is poor. Sorry!

The hotel is not an idle place to stay for the money paid. Many such similar options are available in nuwara eliya with value for money.

This beautiful property in the midst of the heavenly nuwara eliya has old british charm, vintage designed rooms with a cozy balcony for morning tea and well finished wooden interiors. The room even has a lounge area with sofas and television good for family recreation. The restaurant offers a set menu along with alacarte options too and it looks specially grand during dinner time. The staff at the restaurant is warm and welcoming. The property also contains a bar, a pool table and a big lounge area at the entrance where we were welcomed with hot soup during check in. Special thanks to mr. Namal for providing us a complimentary cake for birthday celebration and to the manager mr. George for excellent hospitality.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff! It gives you a feel of staying in a british bungalow! Very clean hotel well maintained and service was excellent! Definitely would recommend though the price of food and stay was higher, Worth the buck spent!

The hotel has a European vintage charm which is mesmerizing. Add to that is the location of the hotel, set in the pristine environs of Nuwara Eliya, too good.

Staff is friendly. Hotel have a amazing view with colonial british structure. Gives you a feeling of intense luxury.
The hotel is really nice. The rooms are awesome. Didn't like the food that much.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Jetwing St. Andrew's. Staff is very courteous and hospitable. There was a valentine's day dinner which we chose and the staff went to great lengths to make it a memorable and romantic dinner. The rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated. The room walls are quite thin and corridors can be bit noisy sometimes. Wonderful property though.

Lovely, charming old world hotel. Stayed in the heritage wing and loved it. The bathrooms were slightly smaller than expected for a heritage hotel. The staff were courteous, warm and friendly. The food choice was limited for vegetarians like us but what we had was tasty. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Very good service and hospitable staff. Great Property and rooms. Just a small play area was missing as we were travelling with toddlers and found it difficult to keep them occupied. Widespread of breakfast and dinner buffets. The Sous Chef went out of his way to cater to our requirements. Overall, a very good stay with a great view and great location.
