Booked queen bed room of 300 sq feet but allotted 185 sq ft at the time of check in. Not willing to see the booked reference. Water bottles not provided in room not against any price. So not prepared to carry water bottles before check in

The hotel was good. However we did not get the room we were hoping for. We received the twin beds room while we had mentioned king bed. The restaurant did not have any bell boy service or luggage service. We had to carry our own luggage. This did not match what is their. Breakfast was good however there was no restaurant or cafe as was mentioned

Excellent Stay

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is located close to the tram station making it easy to travel by public transport. The staff are very tourist friendly and gave good suggestions on our day tour.

I have stayed in this hotel on my various trips to geneva over the past decade. It is well organized and its proximity to the airport, with the well arranged shuttle service is a great advantage

We stayed from 28-29 September 2019 at this hotel. Check was very fast and efficient. The room was basic but very neat and clean. But keeping in view the amount charged, the room was value for money. Overall I will rate the hotel very good.

Poor quality staff can ruin a hotels reputation

4th time at this hotel over the last few years, but experience ruined by a rude and arrogant front office manager (Geronimo). Facilities offered and appreciated during earlier stays were claimed to be never available. Arrogant behavior with hotel guests can never result in customer delight. Will not return to this hotel again.

We are not Happy with the services, as we mentioned earlier staff wasn't friendly and helpful. They don't have hospitality service experience. We would not recommend this hotel to any one and not preferred property for new visitors which gives wrong impression of City.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. Special features- Friendly staff, complimentary breakfast, complimentary travel to and from the airport and day pass for public transport in Geneva. Negative- This hotel does not have a restaurant for dinner, while it has a bar.

Every thing was excellent except breakfast which didn't have spread to our expectations. There were no glasses in the room. Only two very fragile plastic glasses were available in the bathroom. Thanks for the very helping attitude of all the staff .
