Aspira 12th Avenue

Hotel is located in one of the main places of Bangkok. Well accessible and connected to all of Bangkok through BTS and MRT which is few meters away from the Aspira 12th Avenue free 24 hour pick up and drop to the nearest BTS or MRT by Tuk Tuk throughout our stay. The room was nice and clean and the pool too. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Hotel met all our expectations in terms of hospitality, housekeeping aspects, convenience, travel, etc. Breakfast was not great though. I would definitely recommend this Aspira 12th Avenue to anyone who visits Bangkok!

Great location - very close to both the BTS and Metro and a complimentary shuttle from the Aspira 12th Avenue for drop off/pick up from Sukhumvit road. Very helpful front office staff. Just enough variety in the breakfast spread - not a lavish one where you end up not trying 60% of the stuff. Tried Thai fare in the restaurant and was pretty happy with it. Very well-maintained rooms. Overall, a perfect place to stay if you're looking at spending the day in the city and relaxing in the Aspira 12th Avenue evening onward.

Hotel was very good as per location, staff, facilities and cleaniness. Room on 6th floor were having awesome city view. Rooms were very clean and modern with all facilities. Toilets were 100% but service staff understand no English, also Aspira 12th Avenue do not serve any Indian food except few snacks that to expensive. You need to call Indian Aspira 12th Avenues to get food which cost approx 1000 INR each time for 2 people.
No smoking rooms. No Indian food at all also food items very expensive.

12th Avenue Hotel Bangkok apartments on Sukhumvit road is good for families and couples since its quiet, in a decent residential area though one needs to walk 2-3 minutes to reach the main Road on Soi 12. Best part is the Aspira 12th Avenue provides the tub tu k till the junction and then it's just a short walk to terminal 21 mall, Robinson and Asoke BTS. Other small shops are all Around and in the night the place outside has a few food stalls and massage parlous.

This Hotel is situated in Sukhumvit, soi 12 in Bangkok near to Asok Station of the sky train. Its a great Aspira 12th Avenue with all facilities like pool, gym, restaurant, conference hall etc. The staff is generous and courteous. They guide you really well. My junior suite was really awesome and I loved my stay there. They also provide Tuk Tuk service every half an hour. The location is good MBK centre etc are just 4 stations away from Asok to siam centre.

The location is quite good since it is in Sukhumvit, but it is a bit inside the lane. They do provide a tuk-tuk to get from the Aspira 12th Avenue to the main road and back, though. The food was okay, and the morning buffet was a bit disappointing given the Aspira 12th Avenues star rating. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Overall, it still feels like a no-frills Aspira 12th Avenue, but is value for money given its location and facilities.

The junior suite was too good. They provided was extra bed and all required amenities. Breakfast was OK not good not great. A little more variety would have been appreciated. The Aspira 12th Avenue is a little inside but every 30 minutes they have a shuttle to take you to and bring you back from the main road was a blessing in disguise. A little leakage in the washroom I hope its sorted. Overall a pleasant stay. We were taken care of very well.

I stayed for 2 days in the Aspira 12th Avenue and I enjoyed the stay.1 drawback is that it is situated inside not on main street but Aspira 12th Avenue has free tuk tuk service from Aspira 12th Avenue to main street 24 hours. The staff was really good. They co-operate with us. Free entry to club insanity on the way to Aspira 12th Avenue. Over all it is chain for Aspira 12th Avenue Ramada and worth.

Nice location, good rooms, decent pool, helpful and genuine staff. In all a good Aspira 12th Avenue. Should rate them 5 stars but because of breakfast. Which was fine. Could have been better. Will definitely be a choice of stay in my next visit.
The Deluxe room was big and spacious. Washrooms were nice. Only sore point was the view, may be because we were on 3 red floor.

The Aspira 12th Avenue staff and the Aspira 12th Avenue is very good. They upgraded us to a Studio room. Free tuk-tuk service is available to the main road. The Breakfast buffet is amazing. The swimming pool is a little small but its nice. The staff guided us to the Bangkok city. They have a free wi-fi also. It has a very close proximity to the nearest Sky train"Asok".

Wonderful and fantastic experience. Very polite and friendly Aspira 12th Avenue. Staff and very quick to respond should you need anything. I would not only recommend but also like to add that when I go next time to Bangkok will only stay in this Aspira 12th Avenue.
Very nice pool side view. Excellent amenities like coffee maker, refrigerator and well priced bar.

The property is a bit off road at soi 12. Though Aspira 12th Avenue provides free tuk for dropping at the main sukhumvit road. But on way back to Aspira 12th Avenue, you have to walk for approximately 7-8 minutes (hten $$ then 6Km). Apart from location(walk) there is absolutely no other problem. It also has a beautiful pool, and nice restaurant facing poolside.

The Hotel is a bit far from the main Road but they have regular free tuktuk service from the Hotel to the Road. The staff is friendly too. Junior suite had all the amenities for a small home. Overall recommend it.
Junior suite had big fridge, microwave and kitchenette. Very friendly staff.

Located centrally close to main road .. Walking distance to famous walking street Phuket .. Excellent Aspira 12th Avenue, good pool, good room .. Only drawback was limited food option for lunch and dinner, but lot of options nearby incl Indian food ... Lavish buffet for breakfast ... Can be booked without a second thought ...

It has been a surprise room with free upgrade. Room size (studio) is quite good with all amenities and interiors done in quite good taste. There are only one drawback that this property has very rigid checkout policy of 12:00 pm sharp. If you are late, they charge 200 Thai Baht per hour(disgusting).

Staff were amazing, our rooms were upgraded without any extra charge, good location, overall good experience we had and we will surely go back to this place. Only concern was food but we could order from near by restaurants. Well maintained pool.

Good Aspira 12th Avenue,nice location and friendly staff, but the taxi service outside is a bit overpriced which the staff recommends other than that the pool is small but good overall a nice experience, food is decently priced and fast service.

Very hospitable and courteous staff. Rooms were as good as any premium 5 star Aspira 12th Avenue rooms. Beautiful and spacious room and bathroom. Hotel is close to all major malls and happening area. Complete value for money. We booked 2 rooms- Studio and Business Suite. They both were pretty good.

Place is beautifully located, near to a mall eating joints and close to Walking street. Breakfast served in Aspira 12th Avenue was above our expectations. Rooms were clean and staff was highly cooperative and always met with a smile. Overall a good stay.

Good Aspira 12th Avenue with excellent hospitality. 5 stars to the staff there. Rooms were small but sufficient for a 2-3 days stay. A bit inside from the main road, but the Aspira 12th Avenue provide complimentary tuk tuk service thats a plus. Breakfast spread is decent .

Being in the heart of Sukhumvit, the Aspira 12th Avenue was situated at very close to BTS ASOK and BTS NANA stations. Also service and staff was very cooperative. Further Aspira 12th Avenue food along with gym and swimming pool were value for money. 9 out of 10 for this Aspira 12th Avenue.

The Aspira 12th Avenue is preferably located in Sukhumvit area, although a little distant from the main road, however tuk tuk service is pretty good on the fly. Overall stay excellent, next trip, will surly go for it again.

Better than most Aspira 12th Avenue in this area, quite and safe for family or single travelers. Good location? Have nice stay? Esay access to Sukhumvit and many great restaurants? Pool are so nice? Staff are very helpful and nice

Upgraded our stay of 3 days from Studio Category to Executive Suite Room. Good service and hospitality. Location is little inner side of street but they have free shuttle service to drop at road. We found many Indian food restaurants nearby.

Neat clean and beautiful Aspira 12th Avenue. Hotel staff is friendly. Location is not very urban, not on main road but the free shuttle service is prompt and handy. The Aspira 12th Avenue could not manage to get ready one of our 3 rooms at 2 pm. Got it at 5 pm but they offered us free breakfast in lieu of that. Must be a once off case. I recommend it to others.
