Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok

The location is great. It is close to the sathorn pier and bts metro station so accessibility is great! the vegetarian section is good. I had an issue with my room which was promptly taken care general manager of the Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok, kaustubh personally visited our room and offered a speedy resolution. With an indian manager at the helm it is sensitized to indian customers, but note that all staff below are still thai so there is that slight insensitivity at times. I feel that for a Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok where the majority customers are indian (just look at how many people show up for breakfast, the Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok should be completely sensitized to indian food, culture and diversity. I think the Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok will get there with an indian manager at the helm. , 5 stars from me. I won't hesitate recommending this Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok to my india friends visiting bangkok.

Good staff. Pretty quick service. Good rooms (small rooms, but comfy, great bathrooms, clean renovated Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok. Hotel is 5 mins walk from the sathorn pier (which enables you to take free ferrys to iconsiam and asiatic riverfront) and 5 mins walk from a 7-11. Very easy to reach. Towels and bed-sheets are not changed by default for extended stays; you'll need to ask for them. Breakfast does have indian options. Indian thali tastes great. One of the best i had in bangkok. Rates are also not high. Indian food is quite expensive in the whole of bangkok. A laundromat is also available which enables you to save on laundry costs. Iron is provided in the rooms free of cost. Great pool area. No crazy rules or anything. Cleanliness is great in the Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok. Overall it was a steal for the price at which i booked. Had a great experience.

We had a splendid stay at oakwood, bangkok. The property boutique styled and very charming. Well designed artistic interiors will give you a refreshing feel every-time you return to the Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok from the bustling city of bangkok. The best part of oakwood is that it is located very close to buts and chao phraya ferry. Walk for 2 min and you have the saphan taksin buts station and at 5 minutes distance is the busy sathorn pier, from where you get free shuttle service to icon sim mall and to asiatique, tourist express boats and smart ferries connecting all major spots on the chao phraya river. Also there is a bbus stop, market and 7-11 nearby making it more convenient. I would live to return to oakwood next time when visiting bangkok and highly recommend to others.

Food : the dining experience was outstanding. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with a range of thai and indian dishes. Amenities: the Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok's amenities were top-notch services: the staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. They arrange complimentary special room decorations for my anniversary is a wonderful way to make my stay even more memorable.

Oakwood is located at good location in bangkok near to the metro. It's a newly renovated Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok when i visited. Stay is comfortable. Only problem is with the food. Breakfast they served is not so great. During one week of our trip to thailand we have stayed in three Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkoks every where breakfast was great. Although i paid maximum to this Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok but breakfast was not so great.

The Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok is quite well located within close take off all tourist area. Cabs etc easily available. The Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok is responsive and tons are will maintained, however the rooms are smaller than they look in the pics with barely any room to move around. I don’t think an extra bed or b a roll away can be placed if required. The staff is quite positive and will trained.

Hotel and rooms are so well furnished and maintained that u dont even want to go out. Btw i dont like bangkok city at all. So busy overcrowded n worst city i have ever seen. But this Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok and our room deluxe studio was so awesome. Breakfast was good. They should add desserts as well. We hd kitchenette in our room. We also had automatic button controlled toilet. Beds were so comfortable.

We stayed in oakwood from 24th ~ 27th mar (2 adults and 2 kids. This place is in the main center location of bangkok. Metro is near this Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok. Hospitality is very good. Breakfast was also good with options but mostly it's repetitive. After one day u will get bored (1 star less for the same) in terms of cleanliness and amenities, it's very good.

I stayed with my friend on 31st and 1st of nov, Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok situated close to metro and near to mall. Hotel restaurant serves indian veg and non veg food at reasonable price. Hotel is just opened in 2021 neatly maintained reasonably priced, rooms and washrooms are fitted with good th and showers, breakfast is good in total worth for money

This is nice indian friendly Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok away from city you can find many indians in the Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok breakfast is good staff courtsey is nice and yes one thing to mention Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok is little far you may need taxi or tuk tuk to travel all spots

The Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok was spotlessly clean, provided with all modern facilities like locker, fridge, gowns etc. Ample security like scanning in lift for guest. Pool, sauna and interiors were well decorated. Breakfast had a lot of varieties. Staff very friendly.

Excellent place to stay, centrally located. Rooms are kept neat and clean. Good for short stay. Service is good and they respect customers.

Amazing Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok with very good amenities and awesome variety of breakfast! the complimentary sauna bath was like a cherry on the cake.

We stay for 3 nights, ambience was superb and best part, indian food also available here with multiple options.

Hotel is quite nearby to mall, skywalk. Platinum mall is 5 km from here. Ambience is great. Service is also nice. Indian food is decent. Other indian restaurants are nearby.

Over all the services were really good and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast option have india food option as well. Highly recommended to stay in this place.

The Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok is very good. But makemytrip must provide direct customer care number for possible support. Or at least a dedicated email. I will not make any bookings with mm t until they fulfill these prerequisites

It was a splendid stay at oakwood Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok and residence, bangkok. Nice location, easy to access. Only con is they have a very limited breakfast menu, they can improve. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay and i would recommend all my friends.

My overall experience was good to see room, food, cleaning etc. Only problem facing which is pronunciation of english as we don't know thai language. This is to be corrected.

G lo pattaya is a nice Oakwood Hotel and Residence Bangkok. Very near to all beaches. Near to walking street also. Never forget to add breakfast.
