Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside

We had an amazing experience staying at this Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside by the river. We booked riverside rooms, but when we arrived, the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside was fully booked. However, the lady at the front desk was super nice and upgraded us to a fancy suite for free! our suite was great. It had everything we needed, including a cool coffee maker. The room was big and comfy, making our stay really nice. The best part was the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside's location. It's so easy to get to the asiatique riverfront, and they even have a free boat that takes you to sathorn pier. From there, you can go to many interesting places like iconsiam and watt phra kaew. The boat ride was fun, and the views were awesome! breakfast was yummy, and we got to eat by the chao phraya river. It made the whole experience even better. Oh, and on our last day, i accidentally cut my finger. The person at the front desk (i forgot his name) quickly helped with first aid. It was nice to see them taking care of guests. During checkout, shivam the duty officer at the front desk was prompt. Overall, this Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside made our trip a five-star experience. The free upgrade, great room, awesome location, and nice staff made it a fantastic stay. I totally recommend this place if you want a fancy and friendly stay in bangkok!

The Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside is located at the riverside and pretty close to the asiatique mall. It offers a free boat ride to sathorn pier from where you can take a skytrain/metro to wherever you want to go or take another boat to the grand palace, watt pooh etc. When picking this place, i figured this would be easy but it was not. The metro is always crowded and roads jammed with traffic. Unless you are a business traveler (which we were not) wanting to live away from the hustle and bustle that goes on in the sukhumvit area, you should consider living in one of the good Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riversides in the sukhumvit area it self. You would spare yourself lots of commute time. We stayed in a room that didnt face the chao phraya river. However, the breakfast was hosted on the river banks and i am not sure if staying in a river facing room would have justified the extra cost that is charged for it. The room itself was ok. It had nothing to complain about (except there was no iron board and one of the bath robes was soiled with poop which was promptly replaced when asked to. It was old fashioned in the way it was made up in wood and the ac was a little dodgy. Breakfast was a standard fare. They had a wide spread and nothing to get very excited about. All in all, an eventless stay.

A short distance from asiatique, ramada is really good except for the one incident where their gm very rudely said we should not touch any Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside property. But more on that later. Except for their gm the house keeping staff are outstanding. Restaurant staff are 50/50. Food is not that good for indians. Have you heard of biriyani, sambar, dal makhani, fish masala and no roti. Bhature and no chole. Idli with no coconut chutney. If you like sushi, wasabi etc then the restaurant is ok. The river side view rooms are actually side views. There is no balcony. The asiatique side has some lights in night. The boat service is a good one and the voice “rammmadddaaa” will keep ringing. There is a7/11 nearby. The concierge staff is good. But as i said earlier, the example should have been set by their gm but i found him very rude.

Stay period 7-11 jan 2023 one of the best stays. This is especially useful if you are veg, travel with kids and senior citizens good points breakfast had a huge spread. If you are a veg you can have fruits salad juices dal fry mix veg biryani potato sauted bell peppers fruit salad yoghurt breads muffins etc n tea coffee etc. Other good pts - free ferry service every 30mins and you can cover a lot - free one way tucktuck to asiatique - breakfast by the river - pool open till 10 pm - good view - robot room service after 9 pm - free water - cutlery provided on request - courteous staff bad points can't think of overall good stay for someone looking for veg options. Will definitely like to stay again on my next visit.

We have stayed for 3 nights in river view delux room. But there no balconies it's only view from window. Room space is ok but seems little clumsy. Roos Ac system was somehow faulty, even in 27 degree it was very chill and when we turn of Ac whole floor get moist and wet. They try to fix it but situation is same. Breakfast tables on river side is realy awesome with river view. Ramada offered their own ferry service complementary in every 30mins. Very convenient to access main tourist ferry and BTS metro service, from the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside itself. Overall it was nice stay except room AC.

This Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside is quite under rated, it is an old property but well maintained and a huge property. Excellent location by the river away from central traffic area, indian restaurant next door, asiatique nearly and easy access to central bangkok by cab or you can use the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside provided ferry. Tremendous value for money. If you are looking for something offbeat away from central bangkok traffic area this is the place. The view from the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside rooms facing river side are seriously amazing.

Had a comfortable stay at ramada plaza. Had booked a superior king size room, which was same as shown in the picture, overlooking the men-am river. Service and food was also good. The Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside is aptly located and close to some major tourist attractions such as the grand palace, the asiatique river front, iconsiam mall. Due hygiene measures were put in place over the property. However, to our utter dismay and shock, we were asked to deposit 3000 baht as security deposit by the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside staff which was no where mentioned.

I stayed in ramada plaza from 22nd jun e 2023 to 24june 2023. It's a very nice property. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location and interior of Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside is also very good. As per my opinion only area in which they should work in indian vegetarian food. We have to eat the vegetarian food served in the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside because we have booked this Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside. While it should be such that we relish it. This is my opinion balance upto you to decide

Perfect and calm stay in the never sleeping city of bangkok. Had good rates on mmt for my stay. Front desk very polite and checkin was quick and smooth. Staff very polite but could be more efficient. Lot of thai food and massage options around. Asiatique shopping mall at walking distance. 7 11 supermart right around the corner from the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside. Boat ride, atm, rtpcr test evrythng inside Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside. Peaceful locality. Very comfortable stay.

Truly loved the ambience of the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside. At the top location right at the riverside menam. They provide their own boat to commute to iconsiam and other major places. Delicious buffet breakfast. Close to india restaurants like indian darbar. All the visiting spots are in vicinity to the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside. Great connectivity. Staff was very courteous and helpful in guiding us to explore around.

The property’s location is excellent with the chao phraya river flowing besides it and the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside also has free shuttle service to the nearest bts metro station which is a boon if you want to explore the city yourselves. Also the asiatique pier for the chao phraya dinner cruise is just a 5 min walk from the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside. Overall amazing location and hospitality from the staff

We have stayed there in December 2019, from check-in to check out the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside did as per our expectations, the staff was nice and even all their guest was very polite. Hotel have a very good view of almost all rooms and even it becomes more better. Hotel having a travel desk which is proving you with very good and cost-effective information. I loved to stay here and will definitely come back.

We had really bad time when it came to food..no Indian food option even when they had good amount of Indians..also the property is away from main area.

Great location. Good property. Very safe. Nice view rooms. Some rooms however need maintenance with regard to quality bathroom fittings.

Very good location to gaze on the river view. Has shuttle boat transfer to sathorn pier every half hour, making it convenient to get around. Overall, a comfortable stay!

Right on the river bank with amazing view, very good food quality and service. Provides free boat ride to nearby main pier which makes it very convenient to roam around the tourist places. Also, it is just 500 m from asiatique. Interesting point to be aware of - the bathroom doors have no lock. Overall very good stay for my family and will recommend strongly.

Very good hospitality and services. Buffet breakfast is amazing. Riverview rooms provide an amazing view of the chao phraya river.
