Because there was a language issue. As they are managing international type hotel, the staff there should understand english well. There was our anniversary and we tried to help hotel understand to celebrate but they didn't understand english. Rest all are good.

Very good location. Directly connected to buts station. Walking distance from sim paragon. Amber is an excellent place for food within the hotel

The property is extremely old with poor rooms, air conditioning, wifi and breakfast. The only good thing is its location because one can reach buts metro directly from hotel lift and is located centrally to shopping hub but everything else about the hotel is poor and must go under renovation

Great place to stay in bangkok. Hotel looks royal and rooms and good. Walkable to all famous malls in bangkok. Highly recommended.

This was our first time in thailand and it was the best decision to stay in this hotel. The staff, room service everything is top notch. Not to mention the place is at prime location as everything is nearby. Beautiful rooms as well.

The hotel location is amazing and well connected with commuting. Platinum,!December, MBK Malls and more are nearby. Skyline Metro is easy to travel as the roads are busy with jams during peak hours.

It was a comfortable stay, breakfast buffet offered good variety though limited menu for vegetarians. The hotel didn’t allow us early checkin due to unavailability as mentioned by staff. The information desk guided us well.

A very old hotel and not upgraded yet. Not fit to be called a 4 star hotel. Poor internet connectivity is a problem for international travellers. The carpets are so old that they hit your nose straight when you enter the corridor or room. The bathroom also is in poor shape. Only good thing is its location and good breakfast. Should avoid if possible.

Nice hotel room and location is very good. Free breakfast is awesome. 1 min walk to ratchatwei bts. Near various attractions. Hotel staff are well behaved.

Very average hotel, not up to the photos or the reviews posted. Staff does not understand english and they are just stuck on what they say. I was charged 1000 baht as deposit which is mentioned in the booking voucher. Bad quality blankets and pillows and toiletries were substandard. Won't recommend for the price they charge.

Hotel bhat purana hae. Rooms lag-ta hae ki kosi horror movie ka hae. Auro kuch b jndian khana nahi hae. Hamesha hotel main road par rehnae sae koi fayada nahi hota. Kabhi nuksaan b hota hae. Aapko kahi b jane k kiye minimum 250 bhat pay karna parega agar road k dusre side b jana hae toh
