The receptionist ms. Noon she is very rude in handling the booking, i made a request for extra bed without a cot, because of my back pain but she was very rude n asked to cancel the booking

breakfast needs varieties.
Hotel is for those who are on the go...like for transit...it's not for those who plans to stay long.
towels were old and rough.

This is the worst hotel experience in entire thailand. Rude receptionist. Should not be allowed to be working in hotel industry. Stinky rooms. Outdated facilities. Book any other hotel but not this one. You will only regret. Our room was stinking whole time and we had to leave

Rooms are ok
just ok for bachelors
couples pls avoid no proper ventilation in room
room size too small
bathroom is ok old property
not well maintained
is economical and near main market area

First of all, on the second night around 12:30am the air conditioner started leaking in the room. It took almost 2 am to get it fixed. The hotel is way old and breakfast is certainly not vegetarian friendly. Also i have been asked to pay for breakfast for my child even though i have made a booking with breakfast with the child(still i have to pay baht100/night/child). Only good thing about this hotel is its location. Verdict: pay little extra and book baiyoke suits instead.
