Grand hyatt eranwan is very conveniently located with metro access. Great service, very friendly staff. I reached early in the morning, staff was kind enough to assign me a room rather than waiting for the check in time. They have indian choices for breakfast which is very helpful. Room is very spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property in bangkok.

After paying a huge tarriff for this room it was a total let down. Ac was not working and the same was informed to the reception. In-spite of that, we were not shifted to another room

Location good. Air conditioning was not working and the engineer and housekeeping kept saying that hyatt has ac temperature only till 21 degrees. Hardly any place to move around in the room. Half the curtain can’t be drawn due to the huge table put. Bathroom is divided into small, cubicles, very sad state of affairs in the bedroom.

I recently stayed at the grand hyatt to celebrate my birthday, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Check-in and first impressions: the moment i walked into the lobby, i was greeted with a warm welcome and a beautifully decorated space with fresh flowers. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel special on my special day. Room and amenities: the room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and offered stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was pristine with high-quality toiletries. As a birthday treat, the hotel surprised me with a complimentary cake and ballons which was a delightful touch. Dining experience: the hotel offers the most amazing breakfast offering a vast variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes and preferences. The hotel’s restaurant also offered a wide variety of delicious options. The evening truly memorable. Facilities: i took advantage of the hotel’s amenities, including the fitness center and pool, the fitness center was well-equipped and clean, perfect for a quick workout. The pool was spacious with all the amenities you need to just kick back and relax. Location: the hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions and shopping areas. It was convenient to explore the city and then retreat to the comfort of the hotel. Service: what stood out the most during my stay was the exceptional service. Every staff member i encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in making my stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my birthday was celebrated in style. Overall: staying at the grand hyatt for my birthday was a fantastic decision. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent dining, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service made it a birthday to remember. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a luxurious stay.

Good location but the experience was not 5 star

The only good thing about the hotel is its location which is near both central and sim mall. However the experience wasn’t five star. Bathroom was clogged, when they changed our room, the internet was not working in tv of other room. Since ours was a short stay, just 2 nights, the impact wasn’t too high. But the experience wasn’t 5 star.

Right from the start with the grand entry into the beautiful property which gives a vibe of a forest and water lake flowing inside with fish in it already connects you to the nature, i was in love with the music being played live and everything. After which we were taken care of by front office team ms. Foam, ms toe y and the in room dining manager. All of them were exceptionally awesome in their service and took care of every little need when being asked. I recommend anyone who wants to be close to malls and dining places- this is it! one of the best stay i have had. Definitely recommend it and will come back here again for sure.

The hotel seemed run down and desperately needs a facelift. Otherwise top quality service from all the staff. Special mention to the club staff. Very attentive and hospitable. The housekeeping was great as well. The restaurant could do some improving.

Grand hyatt Erawan is very nice hotel. Location is very good near Erawan shrine. Hotel is very near to city center Sukhumvit and Siam center. MBK shopping center is also very close by. I like the service very much.

I booked with makemytrip first time, so much confusion. 1 room was cancelled because 2 friends came 3 days late and we had to adjust 7 people in 2 rooms. So I called Bkk cust service and after 10 mins said we can't help you. We called Mumbai cust service and they didn't help either. This sweet manager from hyatt gave us a room on the last day.
