We, had a great stay at the holiday inn. The rooms were clean and spacious. They even gave us an early check. Staff was kind & generous. Would surely come back to this property.

It was the experience with makemytrip. I have clearly mentioned 2 adults and kid aged 17, but you guys still provided breakfast for 2 adults only. Fine prints are not for me. Will think again about booking through you guys.

I was on a business trip for3 days with my friend. Location of the hotel is very good. Staff of the hotel is very generous rooms are neat and clean although the size of the room is bit small. The main issue was the variety in indian food. Rest it was a good experience to stay here

One feedback related to hotel restaurant employee ms. Ae which is doing rude misbehave with me as well as with my 1. 5 year daughter regarding asking for dinner. As i had booked package of breakfast, lunch or dinner to have tension free regarding food along with room but hotel restaurant staff ms. Ae told me they dont provide any veg. Food to me as well as to my 1. 5 year old daughter instead she rudely misbehave even with baby daughter instead of giving any food to baby. After so much struggling with hotel restaurant she gave me menu which has only 2 veg dish and that doesn't have any indian bread in menu. So, what to eat. I enclosed the same menu for your reference. Now tell whats the benefit of booking lunch or dinner along with room. As well as room condition is so old and not hygienic and clean.

The hotel lives up to its reputation. Nice location, good service. I got the room in the 28th floor where the wifi connection was poor. Otherwise it was a good stay

Good location, breakfast could be better for indian taste very few options. Rooms are smaller. I had paid for a higher floor however got a eoom on 15th floor was not done. No welcome drinks or birthday decor provided.

The overall experience was average, not a customer friendly service. Does not have a spa, however they have a tie up with a third party. The spa service were not upto the mark.

They have a very strange policy for asking for advance security money for damage / losses which is not charged by other hotels and the quantum of the payment they ask is also very high which was 10, 000 thai bhat but we agreed on paying 5, 000 thai bhat as they were adamant on taking the refundable payment. We booked double bed and paid for the same but we were provided twin beds at the time of checking in, which to our shock was extremely disappointing as out of 4 rooms, 3 rooms had to be occupied by married couples of our family and they had to sleep separately. The food options were limited and quality was average.
