Our stay at lo-has was very nice and very comfortable. It’s a great property with big room and all the facilities one would require for a comfortable stay. Very well maintained and clean. Only thing was that the staff at reception was not warm at all other than that everything was good

Lohas residence was too good good location. All 5 star property like hyatt are nearby like in the vicinity of 100 meter worth staying

Overall a great stay, some cleanliness issues aside. The hotel is centrally located, close to some of bangkok’s most famous attractions but still down a quiet road so you are not disturbed by music. The size of the rooms is great, perfect for families. They provide several amenities like electric kettle and microwave if you want to heat your own meals. There is daily room cleaning and the staff is helpful. The only issue is we saw small cockroaches in both rooms we stayed at.

Clean room, unpleasant odor and transportation challenges

The room was clean and well-maintained, but unfortunately, when the air conditioning was running, it emitted a strong odor, reminiscent of cigarette smoke or dust. The smell was quite unpleasant and made it difficult to stay in the room for extended periods. For guests who are sensitive to dust or cigarette smoke, i would recommend avoiding this stay. Additionally, getting a cab via grab or bolt apps was challenging due to heavy traffic in the area, and many cabs wouldn't accept the ride. However, bike taxis are readily available, which can be a good option for solo travelers.

Good hotel with nice and friendly staff the rooms are very good they have bathtub kitchen fridge and a matching machine for daily chores the location is also very close to nana plaza

Good location in the heart of bangkok city. Hotel is walking distance from metro. Hotel also provides shuttle service to the nearest metro station, or helps find tuktuk/bike taxi. Rooms were very spacious. Hotel is just walking distance from nana plaza, but offers quiet place to stay away from noisy street at night. The only negative about the hotel is that the restaurant closes by 7 or so, which is way too early for people who eat dinner after 8.

It was very nice, with all the amenities provided including the fridge, washing machine and the clothing rack, iron, room slippers. Everything was there and it's a great place to stay.

Best hotel in Phuket next time will stay same place. Really nice place.

Hotel review - average stay with some disappointments i recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall average experience. The location is great, offering easy access to nearby attractions, and the rooftop swimming pool is a highlight, well-maintained and a nice spot to unwind. The room itself was of average size, and having a kitchenette was a definite plus for added convenience. However, there were several aspects that were disappointing. One major issue was the breakfast. Despite paying extra for this service, i was disappointed to find there were no vegetarian indian options available. When i inquired with the receptionist, she was unable to provide any clarity or assistance, stating that it was a different department and she had no information. This lack of responsibility and communication was frustrating, especially considering the additional cost for breakfast. Another issue was with the room cleanliness and maintenance. There were used items left in the room, such as slippers, which had not been replaced or cleaned properly. Even after informing the staff, these were not addressed during my stay, which was quite off-putting. Overall, the hotel has potential with its good location, rooftop pool, and kitchenette facilities. However, the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service during my stay left me feeling disappointed. I hope they improve these areas in the future.

We recently stayed at lohas hotel in bangkok and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, which made for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The location was convenient for exploring bangkok, with easy access to key areas in the city. We’d definitely recommend lohas hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in bangkok, whether it’s for business or leisure. We would happily return on our next trip!

Amenities were good, room was clean and tidy but the staff were honestly so hostile. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and uncooperative.
